知識(shí)型員工職業(yè)韌性及其與幸福感的相關(guān)研究
[Abstract]:Knowledge-based employees are the occupational groups under great pressure at present. It is of great practical significance to analyze their occupational resilience. This paper mainly discusses the psychological structure of occupational toughness and its relationship with happiness. The questionnaire of occupational resilience, comprehensive happiness questionnaire and psychological resilience questionnaire were used to process the data with SPSS13.0 and LISEREL8.70 software. The study found that the revised occupational toughness scale has four dimensions: self-adjustment, challenge, career planning, independence, reliability and validity, which meet the requirements of psychometrics. (2) there was a positive correlation between occupational resilience and well-being (r = 0.605). Personality growth in psychological well-being and self-worth have direct influence on the formation of vocational toughness. The professional toughness has a positive correlation with psychological toughness (r = 0.613). The psychological toughness scale has a wider meaning than the occupational toughness scale. There were significant differences in the level of occupational toughness of employees with different working years, different positions and different management levels (P0.05-0.001). Finally, based on the research, this paper puts forward some suggestions to enhance the professional resilience of knowledge workers: the organizational level includes establishing a positive working atmosphere, respecting the intangible and tangible assets of employees, and supervising employees to carry out career planning. In order to cultivate the self-discipline of employees, the individual employees should strengthen their self-adjustment ability, pay attention to the accumulation of similar experience, formulate their own career planning, and cultivate the professional spirit of self-discipline.
