【摘要】：外部信息刺激對(duì)群體創(chuàng)新造成的影響,既包括內(nèi)容干涉的作用,也包括過(guò)程干涉的作用。這是因?yàn)橄蛉后w提供外部信息時(shí),必然會(huì)影響群體正常的研討過(guò)程。但是,目前關(guān)于群體研討外部信息支持的研究,只關(guān)注了內(nèi)容干涉的影響,忽略了過(guò)程干涉的影響。以認(rèn)知網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論和解釋水平理論為基礎(chǔ),提出了外部信息刺激的相關(guān)性(內(nèi)容干涉)和刺激時(shí)機(jī)(過(guò)程干涉)如何影響群體研討氣氛、主意創(chuàng)新性以及感知易用性的研究模型。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,提供相關(guān)刺激比提供無(wú)關(guān)刺激更能活躍研討氣氛,也更有利于提高用戶的感知易用性。但是主意的創(chuàng)新性與外部刺激的相關(guān)性無(wú)關(guān),只與外部刺激的提供方式有關(guān)。研討過(guò)程中的任何刺激(不管刺激的相關(guān)性如何),對(duì)于提高群體的創(chuàng)新性都有正向作用。
[Abstract]:The effects of external information stimulation on group innovation include both content interference and process intervention. This is because when providing external information to the group, it will inevitably affect the normal research process of the group. However, the current research on the external information support of group research only pays attention to the effect of content interference and neglects the influence of process interference. Based on the cognitive network theory and the level of explanation theory, this paper puts forward a research model of how the correlation of external information stimulation (content interference) and stimulus timing (process interference) affect the atmosphere of group discussion, the innovation of ideas and the ease of perception. The experimental results show that providing related stimuli is more active than providing irrelevant stimuli, and it is also more helpful to improve the perceived usability of users. But the innovation of ideas has nothing to do with the correlation of external stimulus, but only with the way of providing external stimulus. Any stimulus in the course of the study, regardless of its relevance, has a positive effect on improving group innovation.
