【摘要】：本研究旨在通過對社區(qū)進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查來了解廈門市社區(qū)社會工作的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并運(yùn)用相關(guān)分析來探討影響廈門市社區(qū)社會工作發(fā)展的因素,進(jìn)而有針對地為促進(jìn)廈門市社區(qū)社會工作發(fā)展提出建議,以供參考和借鑒。 經(jīng)過研究,本文得出以下結(jié)論： 第一,目前,廈門市社區(qū)社會工作發(fā)展總體處于第三個階段即初步發(fā)展階段,主要是在現(xiàn)有社區(qū)管理體制內(nèi)走社區(qū)與社工機(jī)構(gòu)、高校協(xié)作發(fā)展的道路,具有社區(qū)社會工作者整體文化素質(zhì)較高、專業(yè)服務(wù)領(lǐng)域比較完善等優(yōu)勢；但也存在專業(yè)社會工作者數(shù)量太少、社區(qū)兼職專職社會工作者接受的專業(yè)教育培訓(xùn)太少、社區(qū)專職社工崗位設(shè)置不合理、社會工作服務(wù)專業(yè)化總體水平以及居民對社會工作服務(wù)的認(rèn)同度不高等問題。 第二,除了現(xiàn)有社區(qū)管理體制因素外,影響廈門市社區(qū)社會工作發(fā)展的其它因素主要有：專業(yè)社會工作者數(shù)量太少、社區(qū)兼職專職社工專業(yè)性不強(qiáng)、專業(yè)社工機(jī)構(gòu)數(shù)量太少、專職社工崗位設(shè)置不合理、有關(guān)政策制度不完善、社會支持力量薄弱等。 要促進(jìn)廈門市社區(qū)社會工作快速發(fā)展,需要擴(kuò)大專業(yè)社會工作者隊伍力量、對社區(qū)兼職專職社會工作者進(jìn)行更多的專業(yè)教育培訓(xùn)、合理增設(shè)社區(qū)專職社工崗位、完善社會工作的有關(guān)政策制度以及充分挖掘利用社會支持資源。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation of community social work in Xiamen through a questionnaire survey, and to explore the factors that affect the development of community social work in Xiamen by using relevant analysis. Then some suggestions are put forward to promote the development of community social work in Xiamen for reference and reference. First, the development of community social work in Xiamen is in the third stage, the initial development stage, mainly in the existing community management system to walk the community and social work organizations, the first part of this paper is the following conclusions: firstly, the development of community social work in Xiamen is in the third stage, which is the initial stage, mainly in the existing community management system. The road of cooperative development in colleges and universities has the advantages of high overall cultural quality of community social workers and relatively perfect professional service field, but there are still too few professional social workers. Community part-time full-time social workers receive too few professional education and training, community full-time social work posts are unreasonable, the overall level of specialization of social work services and residents of the social work service recognition degree is not high. Second, in addition to the existing community management system factors, other factors that affect the development of community social work in Xiamen are: the number of professional social workers is too small, the number of community part-time full-time social workers is not strong, and the number of professional social work institutions is too small. The establishment of full-time social work post is unreasonable, the relevant policy system is not perfect, the social support force is weak and so on. In order to promote the rapid development of community social work in Xiamen, it is necessary to expand the strength of the contingent of professional social workers, conduct more professional education and training for part-time full-time social workers in the community, and rationally increase the number of full-time social workers in the community. Improve the relevant policy system of social work and fully tap and utilize social support resources.
