【摘要】：正1.區(qū)分有關(guān)和無關(guān)的能力。在企業(yè)中,很多員工都缺少判斷有關(guān)和無關(guān)的能力,花大量的時間在不重要的事情上,而重要的事情卻放在那邊遲遲沒有進度。時間管理里面有一個概念就是排列優(yōu)先級,當你把所有要做的事情都列出來以后,決定哪個先做、哪個后做的能力,是影響工作效率的關(guān)鍵。如果你希望有更多的時間和精力投入重要的事情上,就必須減少花在不重要事情上的時間。記住:那些對目標有促進作用的工作才是重要的。
