【摘要】：基于2011年"中國老年健康影響因素調查"(CLHLS)數(shù)據(jù),采用Logistic回歸模型和路徑分析法,以飲食方式、體育鍛煉、社會參與和睡眠質量等為中介變量,實證分析社會經(jīng)濟地位對我國老年人健康狀況的影響效應及其路徑。經(jīng)濟狀況和教育程度對我國老年人的自評健康和心理健康均有顯著的正向影響,但職業(yè)特征的影響不顯著。路徑分析表明,社會經(jīng)濟地位對自評健康的總效應為0.094,其中直接效應為0.019,中介變量產(chǎn)生的間接效應為0.075。社會經(jīng)濟地位對心理健康的總效應為0.144,其中直接效應為0.083,中介變量產(chǎn)生的間接效應為0.061。因此,社會經(jīng)濟地位不僅對我國老年人自評健康和心理健康產(chǎn)生直接影響,并且通過中介變量對老年人自評健康和心理健康產(chǎn)生間接影響。社會經(jīng)濟地位對心理健康的間接效應弱于直接效應。政府在制定健康老齡政策的過程中,除應重視經(jīng)濟支持、社會保障等因素外,還應重視睡眠質量、飲食方式、體育鍛煉和社會參與等中介變量在老年人健康促進中的作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the (CLHLS) data of China elderly Health influencing factors Survey in 2011, Logistic regression model and path analysis were used to analyze the factors such as diet, physical exercise, social participation and sleep quality. This paper empirically analyzes the effect of social and economic status on the health status of the elderly in China and its path. The economic status and education level had significant positive effects on the self-rated health and mental health of the elderly in China, but the influence of occupational characteristics was not significant. The path analysis shows that the total effect of social and economic status on self-rated health is 0.094, in which the direct effect is 0.019, and the indirect effect of intermediary variable is 0.075. The total effect of social and economic status on mental health is 0.144, in which the direct effect is 0.083, and the indirect effect of intermediary variable is 0.061. Therefore, social and economic status not only has a direct impact on the self-rated health and mental health of the elderly in China, but also indirectly affects the self-rated health and mental health of the elderly through intermediate variables. The indirect effect of social and economic status on mental health is weaker than that of direct effect. The government should pay attention to not only economic support and social security, but also the role of mediating variables such as sleep quality, dietary style, physical exercise and social participation in the health promotion of the elderly in the process of formulating a healthy aging policy.
