【摘要】：隨著我國老年人口的增加,老年人需求日益增加,老年人的社會(huì)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)需求膨脹。與此同時(shí)我國社會(huì)福利事業(yè)存在諸如會(huì)福利事業(yè)資金渠道單一、服務(wù)對(duì)象狹窄、管理方式落后、服務(wù)水平不高、人員素質(zhì)偏低等問題。為了適應(yīng)快速發(fā)展的人口老齡化形勢,滿足老年人日益增長的需求,推進(jìn)合肥市社會(huì)福利社會(huì)化的改革,更好服務(wù)老年人,我們進(jìn)行此次調(diào)查。本文采用問卷調(diào)查的方法,從闡述安農(nóng)社區(qū)基本情況和老年人需求入手,以安農(nóng)社區(qū)70歲以上老人為樣本,從老人基本狀況、經(jīng)濟(jì)保障需求、健康保障需求、服務(wù)保障需求、情感保障需求以及其他方面的需求等七個(gè)方面分析了安農(nóng)社區(qū)老人的需求,揭示了安農(nóng)社區(qū)在滿足老年人需求存在的問題,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the increase of the elderly population in China, the demand for the elderly is increasing day by day, and the demand for social old-age services for the elderly is expanding. At the same time, there are some problems in social welfare in our country, such as the singleness of fund channel, narrow service object, backward management, low service level and low personnel quality. In order to adapt to the rapidly developing situation of aging population, meet the increasing needs of the elderly, promote the reform of social welfare socialization in Hefei, and better serve the elderly, we conducted this survey. In this paper, by means of questionnaire, the basic situation and the needs of the elderly in Annong community are expounded. Taking the elderly over 70 years of age as a sample, the basic condition of the elderly, the demand for economic security, the demand for health security and the demand for service security are discussed. This paper analyzes the needs of the elderly in Annong community from seven aspects, such as emotional security needs and other needs, and reveals the problems existing in meeting the needs of the elderly in Annong community, and puts forward some countermeasures on this basis.
