【摘要】：正黨的十八大以來,黨中央、國務(wù)院領(lǐng)導同志多次就提高統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量做出重要指示批示。去年10月,中央深改組通過的《關(guān)于深化統(tǒng)計管理體制改革提高統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)真實性的意見》(以下簡稱《意見》)再次對提高統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量、完善統(tǒng)計改革提出新要求。國家統(tǒng)計局深入貫徹落實黨中央、國務(wù)院領(lǐng)導同志重要講話指示批示精神和《意見》要求,切實增強四個意識,近年來,圍繞提高統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量,奮力推進統(tǒng)計改革創(chuàng)新,進一步完善相關(guān)統(tǒng)計制度方法。在價格統(tǒng)計、住戶調(diào)查和農(nóng)村調(diào)查統(tǒng)計等方面進行了一系列改革。本文僅就改革開展的工作,取得的成績,以及如何進一步完善和改進談些看法。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Party Congress, leading comrades of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have made important instructions and instructions on improving the quality of statistical data. In October last year, the Central Committee adopted the "opinions on deepening the Reform of the Statistical Management system and improving the authenticity of Statistical data" (hereinafter referred to as "opinions"), which once again put forward new requirements for improving the quality of statistical data and improving statistical reform. The National Bureau of Statistics has thoroughly implemented the spirit of instructions and the requirements of the "opinions" of the Party Central Committee and the leading comrades of the State Council, conscientiously enhanced the four consciousness, and in recent years has striven to promote statistical reform and innovation around improving the quality of statistical data. Further improve the relevant statistical system methods. A series of reforms have been carried out in price statistics, household surveys and rural survey statistics. This paper only discusses the work and achievements of the reform, as well as some views on how to further improve and improve.
