【摘要】： 改革開放以來,我國社科類社團發(fā)展迅速,幾乎涵蓋了哲學社會科學各個領域,已成為我國社會主義經(jīng)濟建設、政治建設、文化建設、社會建設不可或缺的重要社會組織成員。偉大的時代呼喚社科類社團的發(fā)展。中國特色社會主義主旋律思想與各種社會思潮相互碰撞,經(jīng)常性的思想交鋒伴隨國外各類社會組織不斷加強與我國社科類社團的聯(lián)系,使社科類社團既面臨發(fā)展機遇,又面臨嚴峻挑戰(zhàn)。社科類社團的發(fā)展既是社會文明程度的重要標志,也是建設和諧社會的基本條件。開展完善我國社科類社團管理的對策研究,對于建設和諧社會,繁榮發(fā)展哲學社會科學事業(yè),具有重要意義。 本文立足于現(xiàn)階段中國國情,借助有關公共管理理論和非營利組織管理理論,以及借鑒西方發(fā)達國家的成功經(jīng)驗,來充分探討和研究完善我國社科類社團管理的對策建議。本文采用理論研究與實踐分析、定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法,通過問卷調(diào)查、訪談、查閱文獻資料、案例分析,盡可能搜集第一手資料和掌握大量的第二手資料并進行認真梳理和分析。 本文共分六章內(nèi)容: 第一章介紹了本項研究的選題背景、研究意義和研究方法。 第二章闡述了社科類社團的含義、性質(zhì)和特征,以及社科類社團管理的含義、目標和原則,分析了完善社科類社團管理的重要意義。 第三章綜述了我國社科類社團管理的基本情況和基本經(jīng)驗。 第四章分析了我國社科類社團管理存在的主要問題及原因。 第五章提出了完善我國社科類社團管理的對策建議。 第六章預測了我國社科類社團未來的發(fā)展趨勢。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, social science organizations in China have developed rapidly, covering almost all fields of philosophy and social sciences, and have become indispensable members of social organizations in socialist economic construction, political construction, cultural construction and social construction. The great times call for the development of social science societies. The main theme of socialism with Chinese characteristics and various social thoughts collide with each other. With the constant ideological confrontation, various kinds of social organizations in foreign countries have constantly strengthened their ties with the social science associations of our country, so that the social science societies are faced with opportunities for development. We are also facing serious challenges. The development of social science societies is not only an important symbol of social civilization, but also a basic condition for building a harmonious society. It is of great significance for the construction of harmonious society and prosperity and development of philosophy and social science to carry out the research on the countermeasures of perfecting the management of social science associations in China. Based on the current situation of China, this paper, with the help of the theory of public management, the management theory of non-profit organizations and the successful experience of western developed countries, fully discusses and studies the countermeasures and suggestions for perfecting the management of social science associations in China. This paper adopts the methods of theoretical research and practical analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis, through questionnaires, interviews, reference documents, case analysis, Collect first-hand data and grasp a large number of second-hand materials as much as possible and carefully comb and analyze. This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter introduces the research background, research significance and research methods. The second chapter expounds the meaning, nature and characteristics of the social science association, as well as the meaning, goal and principle of the social science association management, and analyzes the important significance of perfecting the social science association management. The third chapter summarizes the basic situation and experience of social science association management in China. The fourth chapter analyzes the main problems and causes of social science association management in China. The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the management of social science associations in China. The sixth chapter predicts the future development trend of social science societies in China.
