【摘要】：宗族以血緣關系為紐帶,貫穿中國歷史幾千年,期間經歷幾度衰落,均一再復興,其在基層治理方面發(fā)揮著不可忽視的作用。盡管建國后宗族遭受幾十年的打壓,但宗族的紐帶在基層一直存在,因此,當國家放松了對農村宗族的管制,各地宗族復興活動就活躍了起來。如何理性的看待復興宗族在基層治理過程中的作用和影響,對于當代新農村建設和農村秩序穩(wěn)定有著重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文以古代宗族宗法制度為理論視角,結合西方關于宗族的實證研究,以湖南中部Z村為研究對象,運用經學、人類學、社會學、社會史的研究方法,同時回顧學界關于宗族與基層治理的研究成果,來分析宗族復興在基層治理中的重要作用,并試圖考察村干部在處理村內事務時如何處理其與宗族之間的關系,依此來研究基層治理過程中宗族的角色和走向,以推進鄉(xiāng)村基層自治政權建設的進程。
[Abstract]:Clansmen, linked by blood relations, run through the history of China for thousands of years and experience several times of decline and renaissance, which plays an important role in the field of grass-roots governance. Although the patriarchal clan suffered decades of oppression after the founding of the people's Republic of China, clan ties existed at the grass-roots level, so when the state loosened its control over rural clans, the revival of local clans became active. How to rationally treat the role and influence of Fuxing clan in the process of grass-roots governance has important practical significance for the construction of new countryside and the stability of rural order. This article takes the ancient clan system as the theoretical angle of view, unifies the western regarding clan the real example research, takes the central Hunan Z village as the research object, uses the classics study, the anthropology, the social history research method, At the same time, it reviews the academic research results on clan and grass-roots governance, analyzes the important role of clan rejuvenation in grass-roots governance, and attempts to investigate how village cadres deal with the relationship between clan and clan when dealing with village affairs. Based on this, the role and trend of clan in the process of grass-roots governance are studied to promote the process of the construction of rural grass-roots autonomous regime.
