【摘要】：失足青少年既是受害者,又是危害者,給社會、家庭和自身都造成很大的傷害。青少年是祖國的未來,民族的希望。"請將‘失足青少年提案'帶到兩會去"是2012~2013年全國"兩會"期間一個備受老百姓關(guān)注的熱門話題。黨的十八大報告特別強調(diào)指出:"保障婦女兒童合法權(quán)益","讓每一個孩子都能成為有用之才"�！�1〕失足青年是值得特別關(guān)愛的特殊群體,且失足青少年合法權(quán)益,是值得特別維護的特殊權(quán)益。本文對失足青少年合法權(quán)益的內(nèi)容和受損表現(xiàn)以及根源和對策思路,進行了系統(tǒng)性的分析研究。
[Abstract]:Juvenile delinquents are both victims and harmers, causing great harm to society, family and themselves. Young people are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation.
