【摘要】：在自然科學領域，，男性是主要力量，女性的比例大大的低于男性，性別問題比較突出，科技政策的制定和實施也存在著性別歧視。自然科學領域的性別問題屬于更大范圍內社會中的性別平等和社會公正問題的一個方面，直接關涉以創(chuàng)新為基礎的經(jīng)濟繁榮和科學事業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。這些問題的形成有其歷史、文化、教育等方面的深層原因。推動女性積極參與科學發(fā)展事業(yè)是新形勢下擺在我們面前的重要課題。因此加強對自然科學中性別差異問題的研究，對于豐富科學研究，完善科學理論具有重要的意義。要解決這一問題，我們應該在文化傳播，科學教育，科研管理制度與政策中增強納入性別平等意識，并加強相關的理論研究和國際交流。在保證女性要和男性享有相同的權利前提下，然后在自然科學領域中激發(fā)她們的潛能，充分發(fā)揮她們在培養(yǎng)新世紀人才和建設現(xiàn)代化國際大都市進程中的作用。
[Abstract]:In the field of natural science, men are the main force, the proportion of women is much lower than that of men, the gender problem is more prominent, and there is gender discrimination in the formulation and implementation of science and technology policy. The gender problem in the field of natural science belongs to one aspect of gender equality and social justice in a wider society, which is directly related to the economic prosperity based on innovation and the healthy development of scientific undertakings. The formation of these problems has its history, culture, education and other deep reasons. Promoting women's active participation in scientific development is an important subject in front of us in the new situation. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the study of gender difference in natural science to enrich scientific research and perfect scientific theory. To solve this problem, we should strengthen the gender equality consciousness in culture communication, science education, scientific research management system and policy, and strengthen relevant theoretical research and international communication. On the premise of ensuring that women and men enjoy the same rights, and then in the field of natural science to stimulate their potential, give full play to their role in the training of talent in the new century and in the process of building a modern international metropolis.
