【摘要】：在轉(zhuǎn)型經(jīng)濟(jì)情境下,企業(yè)社會聯(lián)系被認(rèn)為是企業(yè)突破制度合法性限制和資源約束的有效途徑�；谏鐣W(wǎng)絡(luò)理論和資源建構(gòu)主義理論,將企業(yè)研發(fā)聯(lián)系作為社會聯(lián)系的另一個重要維度,從資源拼湊的視角研究企業(yè)社會聯(lián)系與商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新之間的關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)商業(yè)聯(lián)系、政治聯(lián)系、研發(fā)聯(lián)系均對商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新有顯著正向影響;(2)商業(yè)聯(lián)系、政治聯(lián)系、研發(fā)聯(lián)系均對企業(yè)資源拼湊有顯著正向影響;(3)資源拼湊在企業(yè)社會聯(lián)系與商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新之間的作用存在差異。資源拼湊在商業(yè)聯(lián)系、研發(fā)聯(lián)系與商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新之間起到了部分中介作用,而在政治聯(lián)系與商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新之間起到了完全中介作用。
[Abstract]:In the context of transition economy, corporate social relations are considered to be an effective way for enterprises to break through institutional legal restrictions and resource constraints. Based on the theory of social network and resource constructivism, this paper studies the relationship between enterprise social relationship and business model innovation from the perspective of resource patching. The results show that: 1) Business, political, and R & D all have a significant positive impact on business model innovation. R & D linkages have a significant positive impact on enterprise resource patching. (3) there are differences in the role of resource patching between corporate social connections and business model innovation. Resources are pieced together in business connection, R & D link and business model innovation play a part of intermediary role, but between political connection and business model innovation has played a complete intermediary role.
