【摘要】：伊朗伊斯蘭革命后,婦女的形象與行為與宗教及民族文化認(rèn)同高度關(guān)聯(lián)在一起。而伊朗婦女就業(yè)在革命后初期既受到了激進(jìn)民族主義和宗教情緒的影響,也遭到了經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的沉重打擊。伊朗社會(huì)一直處于動(dòng)態(tài)的變化之中。雖然婦女的勞動(dòng)參與程度在伊斯蘭革命后初期一度大幅度減退,但是在20世紀(jì)90年代之后,伴隨著城市化的進(jìn)程,伊朗婦女的受教育程度和就業(yè)水平都在不斷提高,特別是在服務(wù)業(yè)中出現(xiàn)了大量的職業(yè)女性。與此同時(shí),不少婦女選擇在非正式經(jīng)濟(jì)部門(mén)就業(yè),被稱(chēng)為"失去的勞動(dòng)"。婦女就業(yè)總體狀況的改善是伊朗社會(huì)、婦女、政治三方持續(xù)互動(dòng)的結(jié)果,在某種程度上體現(xiàn)了政府對(duì)待婦女問(wèn)題的務(wù)實(shí)性、靈活性以及構(gòu)建相對(duì)寬容的民族文化認(rèn)同的努力。但是,婦女就業(yè)仍然存在諸多不盡如人意之處,隨著伊朗國(guó)內(nèi)外形勢(shì)的變化,將會(huì)不斷地面臨機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:After the Islamic Revolution in Iran, the image and behavior of women were closely related to religious and national cultural identity. The employment of Iranian women in the early post-revolutionary period was affected by both radical nationalism and religious sentiment, but also by the economic crisis. Iranian society has been in dynamic change. Although the participation of women in the labour force declined significantly in the early days of the Islamic Revolution, after the 1990s, along with the process of urbanization, the educational level and employment level of Iranian women were increasing. In particular, a large number of professional women have emerged in the service industry. At the same time, many women choose to work in the informal sector, known as "lost labor." The improvement of the overall situation of women's employment is the result of the continuous interaction among Iranian society, women and politics, which to some extent reflects the government's practical treatment of women's issues, flexibility and efforts to build a relatively tolerant national cultural identity. However, there are still many unsatisfactory aspects in the employment of women. With the changes of the situation at home and abroad in Iran, opportunities and challenges will continue to be faced.
