認(rèn)知行為治療模式在青少年暴力行為矯正中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),不少?lài)?guó)家和地區(qū)頻繁發(fā)生青少年犯罪的社會(huì)事件,而有關(guān)青少年的相關(guān)法律也在相繼出現(xiàn),少管所之類(lèi)的對(duì)青少年進(jìn)行懲罰和矯正的部門(mén)也是日益增多,這些都是由于青少年的暴力行為已經(jīng)成為了影響青少年成長(zhǎng)、家庭和睦、校園安全以及社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的嚴(yán)重問(wèn)題。目前,在我國(guó)解決和預(yù)防青少年暴力行為的方式是多種多樣的,不同的機(jī)構(gòu)部門(mén)所處的角度不同,采取的方式也是有所不同的。國(guó)家層面擅長(zhǎng)于在政策和法律上對(duì)這一問(wèn)題進(jìn)行約束,這只起到了表面上的威懾力;社會(huì)則傾向于社會(huì)輿論,但多數(shù)的社會(huì)輿論只會(huì)將事情的真相扭曲化,有時(shí)候還會(huì)產(chǎn)生不可預(yù)估的消極影響;而家庭中的成員一方面會(huì)責(zé)備自己對(duì)孩子成長(zhǎng)的疏忽,另一方面會(huì)采取比較極端的方式來(lái)遏制青少年的暴力行為,比如不讓出門(mén),甚至直接是棍棒教育,這不僅不會(huì)改變青少年,更會(huì)對(duì)青少年的身心造成更嚴(yán)重的損毀。因此青少年的暴力行為不僅需要被關(guān)注,更需要得到解決和預(yù)防。所以,我們需要尋找一種合適合理的方法來(lái)真正幫助青少年戒除暴力行為,樹(shù)立正確應(yīng)對(duì)困難和挫折的理念。作為社會(huì)工作者,我們的使命就是服務(wù)社會(huì)上需要得到幫助的人,而青少年屬于社會(huì)工作的服務(wù)對(duì)象,因此對(duì)于有暴力傾向的青少年,社會(huì)工作更應(yīng)該予以重視并盡可能改善現(xiàn)狀,在此,我將從社會(huì)工作的角度出發(fā),改變有暴力行為的青少年面對(duì)和解決問(wèn)題的方式,形成正確積極地為人處世的方法,走上健康積極的生活和學(xué)習(xí)的軌道。本研究將立足于“行為治療”和“認(rèn)知治療”的兩種治療方式的結(jié)合應(yīng)用,通過(guò)對(duì)本文中青少年暴力行為的成因分析,從社會(huì)工作的工作倫理出發(fā),構(gòu)建認(rèn)知行為治療模式的個(gè)案介入方法,對(duì)青少年的暴力行為進(jìn)行矯正和輔導(dǎo),并通過(guò)總結(jié)此研究中的各項(xiàng)成果和經(jīng)驗(yàn),來(lái)獲得社會(huì)工作者對(duì)介入青少年社會(huì)工作的實(shí)務(wù)操作經(jīng)驗(yàn),以及為青少年社會(huì)工作開(kāi)辟另外一種符合我國(guó)實(shí)際國(guó)情的工作模式方法。研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)在個(gè)案工作中運(yùn)用認(rèn)知行為治療模式的工作方法對(duì)服務(wù)對(duì)象重塑認(rèn)知,戒除暴力行為是有一定積極影響的。(2)在為服務(wù)對(duì)象提供服務(wù)、開(kāi)展活動(dòng)的時(shí)候,要對(duì)服務(wù)對(duì)象周邊的環(huán)境保持敏感性,適時(shí)調(diào)整服務(wù)計(jì)劃,挖掘青少年問(wèn)題的本土治療方法。(3)針對(duì)青少年問(wèn)題的服務(wù)和治療,為了增強(qiáng)服務(wù)對(duì)象的參與感和興趣,應(yīng)該盡量避免說(shuō)教式的服務(wù)方式,多采取游戲等參與性強(qiáng)的方式。(4)認(rèn)知行為治療模式在青少年個(gè)案工作中的運(yùn)用所針對(duì)的是本研究中的單個(gè)案例,其代表性不足,且還存在一定的缺陷。
[Abstract]:In recent years, social incidents of juvenile delinquency have occurred frequently in many countries and regions, and relevant laws on juveniles have emerged one after another. The number of departments that punish and correct young people, such as juvenile care institutions, is also increasing day by day. All this is due to the fact that adolescent violence has become a serious problem affecting youth growth, family harmony, school safety and social stability. At present, there are many ways to solve and prevent juvenile violence in China. The national level is good at constraining the problem in policy and law, which only serves as a superficial deterrent; society tends to be public opinion, but most public opinion only distorts the truth of the matter. Sometimes it can have an unpredictable negative impact; on the one hand, family members blame their neglect of the child's upbringing, on the other hand, they take more extreme measures to curb teenage violence, such as keeping away from going out. Even direct baton education, not only will not change the youth, but will cause more serious damage to the body and mind of young people. Therefore, adolescent violence not only needs attention, but also needs to be addressed and prevented. Therefore, we need to find a suitable and reasonable way to really help young people quit violence and set up the idea of dealing with difficulties and setbacks correctly. As social workers, our mission is to serve the people who need help in society, and young people are the targets of social work, so for those who are violent, Social work should pay more attention to it and improve the present situation as far as possible. Here, from the perspective of social work, I will change the way young people with violent behavior face and solve problems, and form a correct and positive way of dealing with people in the world. Put yourself on the track of healthy and active life and study. This study will be based on the combination of "behavioral therapy" and "cognitive therapy", through the analysis of the causes of adolescent violence in this paper, starting from the work ethics of social work. To construct the case intervention method of cognitive behavior therapy model, to correct and guide the violence behavior of adolescents, and to sum up the achievements and experiences of this research. To obtain social workers' practical experience in social work, and to open up another mode of work for youth social work in accordance with the actual situation of our country. The results showed that: 1) in the case work, the cognitive behavior therapy model was used to reshape the cognition of the service object, and the abstinence of violence had a positive effect on the service object. 2) when providing service and carrying out the activities for the service object, It is necessary to remain sensitive to the surrounding environment of the clients, adjust the service plan at the right time, dig out the local treatment methods for youth problems, and provide services and treatments for youth problems. In order to enhance the participation and interest of the clients, We should try our best to avoid the preaching way of service, and adopt more participative ways such as game, etc.) the use of cognitive behavior therapy mode in the case work of adolescents is aimed at a single case in this study, which is not representative enough. And there are still some defects.
