L學(xué)校社會(huì)工作服務(wù)SWOT分析及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)幅員遼闊,地區(qū)發(fā)展水平不均,導(dǎo)致社會(huì)工作在各地區(qū)也存在著發(fā)展的差異性。東南沿海地區(qū)發(fā)展速度快、機(jī)會(huì)多、影響力度大;中部地區(qū)發(fā)展相對(duì)延緩,影響力有限;西部地區(qū),以四川震后災(zāi)區(qū)重建為代表,雖然取得了一些成效,但是對(duì)于西部地區(qū)的其它省份來(lái)說(shuō),可以借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)十分有限。Q省作為西部少數(shù)民族聚集區(qū),社會(huì)工作發(fā)展相對(duì)遲緩,許多社會(huì)工作實(shí)務(wù)領(lǐng)域均呈現(xiàn)空白狀態(tài)。L小學(xué)作為Q省首個(gè)成立駐校社工站的學(xué)校,社會(huì)工作服務(wù)過(guò)程中取得的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)是值得分析和借鑒的。筆者通過(guò)實(shí)習(xí)的方式,從社會(huì)工作的專業(yè)視角出發(fā),選取了學(xué)校社會(huì)工作者、學(xué)校社會(huì)工作服務(wù)對(duì)象、學(xué)校社會(huì)工作運(yùn)行機(jī)制三個(gè)維度,來(lái)對(duì)L小學(xué)學(xué)校社會(huì)工作整體服務(wù)進(jìn)行剖析。借助SWOT分析方法,分析目前三個(gè)維度在發(fā)展中存在的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)、威脅,并提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,以此促進(jìn)L小學(xué)學(xué)校社會(huì)工作更進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。本文一共分為五個(gè)部分:第一部分主要為研究方法,研究意義;第二部分為文獻(xiàn)概述,在總結(jié)目前我國(guó)學(xué)校社會(huì)工作研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,探索Q省地區(qū)學(xué)校社會(huì)工作服務(wù)的特性;第三部分著手對(duì)L小學(xué)學(xué)校社會(huì)工作的情況進(jìn)行細(xì)致的分析,從學(xué)校社會(huì)工作者、學(xué)校社會(huì)工作服務(wù)對(duì)象以及學(xué)校社會(huì)工作運(yùn)行機(jī)制三個(gè)層面分析L小學(xué)社會(huì)工作服務(wù)所涵蓋的內(nèi)容,以客觀的角度梳理了學(xué)校社會(huì)工作的不足與經(jīng)驗(yàn)、優(yōu)勢(shì)與機(jī)會(huì);第四部分針對(duì)三個(gè)層面的SWOT分析,從政府加強(qiáng)政策引導(dǎo)、完善用人機(jī)制。社會(huì)工作者提升自身專業(yè)素質(zhì)、拓寬服務(wù)對(duì)象范圍、擴(kuò)大社會(huì)工作影響力。社會(huì)工作服務(wù)評(píng)估建立完善的機(jī)制、提供社會(huì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流平臺(tái),整合社會(huì)資源的方面提出可行性的建議,更好地推進(jìn)Q省學(xué)校社會(huì)工作的進(jìn)步,真正的幫助到Q省學(xué)校社會(huì)工作乃至整個(gè)社會(huì)工作領(lǐng)域的建設(shè);第五部分作為本篇文章的結(jié)語(yǔ),總結(jié)歸納全文的論點(diǎn)和研究反思。

Through the way of practice, from the professional perspective of social work, the author chooses three dimensions of social workers in school, the object of social work in school and the operating mechanism of school social work to analyze the overall service of social work in L primary school. The three dimensions are analyzed with the help of the method of analysis. In the development of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, threats, and put forward corresponding countermeasures to promote the further development of L primary school social work. This article is divided into five parts: the first part is mainly research methods and research significance; the second part is a summary of the literature, on the basis of summarizing the present situation of the study of social work in China's schools. To explore the characteristics of the social work service of school in Q province; the third part begins with a detailed analysis of the social work in the primary school of L, and analyzes the contents covered by the work service of L primary school social work from the social workers of the school, the service object of the school social work and the operation mechanism of the school social work, and the objective angle is in the objective perspective. This paper has combed the shortage and experience of school social work, advantages and opportunities. The fourth part aims at the three levels of SWOT analysis, from the government to strengthen the policy guidance, improve the employment mechanism. Social workers improve their professional quality, broaden the scope of service objects, expand the impact of social work, and establish a perfect mechanism for the evaluation of social work service. The social work experience exchange platform, the integration of social resources to put forward feasible suggestions, better promote the progress of Q provincial school social work, and really help the construction of social work in Q province and the whole social work field; the fifth part, as the conclusion of this article, summarizes the argument and research reflection of the full text.
