【摘要】：隨著我國高等教育的發(fā)展,高校哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)人才隊(duì)伍不斷壯大,整體素質(zhì)不斷提升,研究解決重大理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)問題的能力明顯提高,但是與我國哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)繁榮發(fā)展的要求相比,還存在較大的差距。當(dāng)前的主要問題是:學(xué)科布局為哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)提供的支撐力度不足;高層次創(chuàng)新人才相對缺乏;評價(jià)機(jī)制沒有完全體現(xiàn)出哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)特點(diǎn),缺乏相應(yīng)的榮譽(yù)及激勵(lì)機(jī)制;學(xué)術(shù)風(fēng)氣浮躁等。今后應(yīng)強(qiáng)化優(yōu)勢學(xué)科建設(shè),為人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)提供有力支撐;優(yōu)化人才培養(yǎng)體系,加快高水平、高素質(zhì)人才的培養(yǎng);注重體制機(jī)制建設(shè),營造優(yōu)秀人才成長環(huán)境;加強(qiáng)教風(fēng)學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè),全面推進(jìn)哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)人才隊(duì)伍的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of higher education in our country, the talents of philosophy and social sciences in colleges and universities continue to grow, the overall quality is constantly improved, and the ability to study and solve major theoretical and practical problems is obviously improved. However, compared with the requirements of the prosperity and development of Chinese philosophy and social sciences, there is still a big gap. At present, the main problems are: the lack of support for the construction of talents in philosophy and social sciences, the relative lack of high-level creative talents, the lack of evaluation mechanism, which does not fully reflect the characteristics of philosophy and social sciences. Lack of corresponding honor and incentive mechanism; academic impetuous and so on. In the future, we should strengthen the construction of superior discipline, provide strong support for the construction of talent team, optimize the talent training system, speed up the cultivation of high level and high quality talents, pay attention to the construction of system and mechanism, and create the environment for the growth of outstanding talents. We will strengthen the construction of a style of teaching and study and comprehensively promote the healthy development of the contingent of philosophy and social sciences personnel.
