【摘要】：對(duì)權(quán)力的監(jiān)督往往會(huì)面臨權(quán)力的抵制,監(jiān)督權(quán)力成為一個(gè)世界性難題。本文從輿論視角探討我國(guó)政治運(yùn)行中的獨(dú)特"一把手"權(quán)力監(jiān)督問題:梳理"一把手"監(jiān)督的制度困境、機(jī)制問題和媒體條件;探討"一把手"監(jiān)督的社會(huì)條件和可行性,進(jìn)而提出通過輿論監(jiān)督一把手的重要價(jià)值、意義和方法論。
[Abstract]:Supervision of power is often faced with resistance of power, supervision power becomes a worldwide problem. In this paper, the author discusses the unique power supervision in the political operation of our country from the perspective of public opinion: combing the system dilemma, mechanism and media conditions of the supervision of the first head, and discussing the social conditions and feasibility of the supervision of the first head. Furthermore, it puts forward the important value, significance and methodology of supervision by public opinion.
