【摘要】：人際交往的本質(zhì)是為了獲得社會資本或者鞏固已有的社會資本,包括物質(zhì)資本、情感資本、聲望資本、信任資本、滿意資本等。社交網(wǎng)絡作為全新的社交方式,提供了以往的交流形式無法提供的社會資本獲得方式。網(wǎng)民活動從封閉社區(qū)向開放式網(wǎng)絡的拓展一定程度上也反映了網(wǎng)民從社會歸屬需要到社會資本需要的需求上升。只有能夠滿足“獲得社會資本”這樣一種需求的網(wǎng)絡形式才能長期存在下去,因此,研究社交網(wǎng)絡的社會資本獲得具有極大的現(xiàn)實意義。本研究從傳播學的角度出發(fā),借用社會學中的社會資本理論研究互聯(lián)網(wǎng)最新進展及其對社會的影響,在跨學科研究方面具有一定的創(chuàng)新性。 本研究分析了社交網(wǎng)絡用戶可以獲得何種社會資本；分析了社交網(wǎng)絡用戶通過何種使用行為獲得社會資本；最后用量化的方法對社交網(wǎng)絡中比較有代表性的“人人網(wǎng)”做了案例分析。根據(jù)本研究的結論,社交網(wǎng)絡的人際交往行為是有效的人際傳播形式,有助于用戶獲得更多的社會資本。
[Abstract]:The essence of interpersonal communication is to obtain social capital or consolidate existing social capital, including material capital, emotional capital, prestige capital, trust capital, satisfaction capital and so on. As a new way of social communication, social network provides a way to obtain social capital which can not be provided by previous forms of communication. The expansion of Internet users' activities from closed communities to open networks also reflects the increasing demand of netizens from the need of social ownership to the need of social capital to a certain extent. Only the network form which can satisfy the demand of "obtaining social capital" can exist for a long time. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the social capital of social network. Based on the theory of social capital in sociology, this study studies the latest progress of the Internet and its impact on society from the perspective of communication, which is innovative in interdisciplinary research. This study analyzes the social capital that social network users can obtain, and analyzes the social capital of social network users through what kind of use behavior. Finally, a case study of Renren, which is a representative of social network, is made by quantitative method. According to the conclusion of this study, social network interpersonal behavior is an effective form of interpersonal communication, which helps users to obtain more social capital.
