【摘要】：女性發(fā)展是基于女性自身特點(diǎn)的發(fā)展,它是人的發(fā)展的重要組成部分。女性的科學(xué)發(fā)展是指女性發(fā)展合規(guī)律性與合目的性的統(tǒng)一。女性的科學(xué)發(fā)展以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為指導(dǎo),以女性的全面自由發(fā)展為根本目標(biāo),是對(duì)女性發(fā)展的理性反思與科學(xué)規(guī)劃,是引領(lǐng)女性更好更快發(fā)展的認(rèn)識(shí)工具與手段。女性的科學(xué)發(fā)展基本內(nèi)容與要求是實(shí)現(xiàn)女性的全面、協(xié)調(diào)和可持續(xù)性的發(fā)展。這是兼顧女性生理特征與社會(huì)角色、注重其發(fā)展的普遍性與獨(dú)特性相統(tǒng)一、階段性與總體性相統(tǒng)一的合理化發(fā)展。對(duì)女性科學(xué)發(fā)展問題的研究,旨在明確女性發(fā)展必然性的同時(shí),引導(dǎo)女性自覺走上科學(xué)化與合理化發(fā)展的健康軌道,消解因其非科學(xué)性的認(rèn)識(shí)與實(shí)踐而在發(fā)展中所產(chǎn)生的種種問題,以走出發(fā)展誤區(qū),規(guī)避發(fā)展風(fēng)險(xiǎn),減少發(fā)展代價(jià),提升女性在社會(huì)和諧、組織和諧與家庭和諧中的獨(dú)特性地位與影響力,保障女性工作的正常有序與生活的快樂幸福。 女性的非科學(xué)發(fā)展是女性發(fā)展中的突出矛盾與沖突,是女性表面發(fā)展現(xiàn)象掩蓋下的辛酸和悲哀,是社會(huì)進(jìn)步與女性解放的誤區(qū)與代價(jià)。女性的非科學(xué)發(fā)展主要是指其在發(fā)展觀念、發(fā)展路向與發(fā)展行為規(guī)范等方面的非科學(xué)性及其由此陷入的誤區(qū)與付出的代價(jià)。典型的問題有如,發(fā)展中的性別意識(shí)迷失與角色擔(dān)當(dāng)削平、“第一性”與“第二性”的對(duì)抗與沖突、對(duì)女性傳統(tǒng)美德與價(jià)值觀的完全顛覆、主體性意識(shí)退化或過度強(qiáng)化等。女性的非科學(xué)發(fā)展既是對(duì)自身全面自由發(fā)展理想的消解,也是對(duì)社會(huì)和諧與人類協(xié)同進(jìn)步理想的消解。它直接對(duì)女性應(yīng)有的獨(dú)特而又全面豐富的生活質(zhì)量造成侵害,也是社會(huì)和諧建設(shè)中的不和諧因素。因此,加強(qiáng)對(duì)女性科學(xué)發(fā)展問題的研究,消解女性發(fā)展的非科學(xué)性問題,既具有獨(dú)特的理論價(jià)值,也具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 當(dāng)前我國(guó)的女性發(fā)展面臨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的強(qiáng)烈沖擊、信息社會(huì)的新要求、傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代觀念的制約等。農(nóng)村女性的貧困落后、女大學(xué)生及城鄉(xiāng)婦女的就業(yè)難、職業(yè)女性角色沖突和女干部的成長(zhǎng)等成為突出的社會(huì)問題。女性真正走向科學(xué)發(fā)展的條件是客觀的,也是主觀的;是社會(huì)的,也是自身的。在加強(qiáng)制度建設(shè)的同時(shí),樹立科學(xué)發(fā)展的自覺意識(shí)、繼承傳統(tǒng)美德、弘揚(yáng)“四自”精神、提高自身素質(zhì)則是促進(jìn)女性科學(xué)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:Female development is based on the characteristics of women, it is an important part of human development. The scientific development of women refers to the unity of regularity and purpose of women's development. The scientific development of women is guided by the concept of scientific development and the fundamental goal is the comprehensive and free development of women. It is a rational reflection and scientific planning for the development of women and a cognitive tool and means to guide the better and faster development of women. The basic content and requirement of women's scientific development is to realize the overall, coordinated and sustainable development of women. This is a rational development which takes into account the physiological characteristics and social roles of women, and emphasizes the unity of universality and uniqueness of their development, and the unity of stage and totality. The research on the development of female science aims at clarifying the inevitability of the development of women and at the same time guiding women to take the healthy track of scientific and rational development consciously. In order to get rid of the misunderstandings of development, avoid the risk of development, reduce the cost of development and promote the harmony of women in the society, we can resolve the problems arising from its unscientific cognition and practice. The unique status and influence of organizational harmony and family harmony ensure the normal order of women's work and the happiness of life. The unscientific development of women is the prominent contradiction and conflict in the development of women, the bitterness and sorrow under the cover of the phenomenon of women's superficial development, and the misunderstanding and price of social progress and women's liberation. The unscientific development of women mainly refers to its unscientific nature in the aspects of development concept, development direction and development behavior standard, and the misunderstanding and the price that it falls into. Typical problems include the loss of gender consciousness in development and the reduction of role, the confrontation and conflict between "primary" and "secondary", the complete subversion of women's traditional virtues and values, the degeneration or over-reinforcement of subjectivity consciousness, etc. The unscientific development of women is not only the deconstruction of their own ideal of all-round and free development, but also the elimination of the ideal of social harmony and the harmonious progress of human beings. It directly infringes on the unique and abundant quality of life that women should have, and is also a disharmonious factor in the construction of social harmony. Therefore, strengthening the research on the development of female science and dispelling the non-scientific problem of female development has both unique theoretical value and important practical significance. At present, the development of women in our country is facing the strong impact of the market economy, the new requirements of the information society, the restriction of traditional and modern concepts, etc. The poverty and backwardness of rural women, the employment difficulties of female college students and urban and rural women, the conflict of professional women's roles and the growth of female cadres have become prominent social problems. The conditions for women's scientific development are objective and subjective, social as well as self-owned. While strengthening the system construction, it is the key to promote the development of female science to establish the conscious consciousness of scientific development, to inherit the traditional virtue, to carry forward the spirit of "four self" and to improve the quality of oneself.
