【摘要】：在集體行動中,領袖或積極分子發(fā)揮著重要作用。社會責任感、團體壓力、個人利益和制度排斥等因素會導致積極分子的出現(xiàn),但這些因素并非固定不變的�；趯市業(yè)主積極分子群體的考察,本研究發(fā)現(xiàn)一些業(yè)主領袖基于自身利益、責任感、公益心或群體期望等因素投身于公共行動中,很多情況下私人利益與公共利益是交織在一起的。不同的業(yè)主積極分子在個人利益與公共利益天平上的傾斜方向、傾斜時間與傾斜原因不盡相同。一些領袖和積極分子在遭遇到挫折后,會產生"失望"情緒,進而退出公共行動或改變行動策略。這表明影響集體行動領袖的因素通常是混合多元的,隨著情境的變化,領袖們會重新調整他們的行動目標,進而改變行動模式,這會影響他們與其他業(yè)主的互動和群體團結。借助赫希曼關于"失望"的理論,本研究加深了我們對集體行動積極分子在私人和公共行動之間參與轉變的理解。
[Abstract]:Leaders or activists play an important role in collective action. Social responsibility, group pressure, personal interests and institutional exclusion can lead to the emergence of activists, but these factors are not fixed. Based on the investigation of the group of owners' activists in A City, this study found that some owners' leaders participated in public actions because of their own interests, responsibility, public interest or group expectations, etc. In many cases, private and public interests are intertwined. The tilting direction of different owner activists on the balance of personal and public interests is different in terms of the tilting time and the reasons. Some leaders and activists, frustrated by setbacks, become "disappointed" and withdraw from public action or change their strategies. This shows that the factors that influence collective action leaders are often mixed and diverse, and as the situation changes, leaders will readjust their action goals and thus change their patterns of action, which will affect their interaction with other owners and group solidarity. With the help of Herschmann's theory of "disappointment", this study has deepened our understanding of the transformation of collective action activists between private and public action.
