【摘要】：加拿大人文社會科學研究委員會(SSHRC)是加拿大人文社會科學研究最重要的資助與管理機構,其人文社科評審形成了獨特的質量監(jiān)控體系。SSHRC在組織職能與結構設計、評審專家選拔、觀察員制度、反饋申訴制度等方面形成了一些獨特的設計,實現(xiàn)了保證評審質量的目的。本文在對比加拿大人文社科與我國國家社科基金評審制度的基礎上,提出了相應的對策建議。
[Abstract]:The Canadian Council of Humanities and Social Sciences Research (SSHRC) is the most important funding and management organization for humanities and social sciences research in Canada. Its humanities and social sciences review has formed a unique quality control system. SSHRC is used to design organizational functions and structure and select experts for evaluation. Observer system, feedback appeal system and other aspects have formed some unique design to ensure the quality of evaluation. On the basis of comparing the evaluation system of Canadian Humanities and Social Sciences with China's National Social Science Foundation, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
