【摘要】：自2011年臺灣高校招收陸生工作全面啟動,兩岸高等教育的互動、交流也得到持續(xù)迅速發(fā)展,在臺陸生大量增加。陸生就學(xué)遷移之決策媒合了諸多推力、拉力、阻力及個人條件的綜合作用,其就學(xué)動機(jī)呈現(xiàn)較強(qiáng)的工具理性。總體來看,陸生在臺的生活適應(yīng)狀況良好,但學(xué)習(xí)壓力較大。陸生應(yīng)對學(xué)習(xí)壓力是一個動態(tài)環(huán)狀歷程,涉及認(rèn)知壓力源、體驗壓力、應(yīng)對壓力、應(yīng)對結(jié)果之循環(huán)。陸生初到臺灣的社會文化融入不深,在群體認(rèn)同方面存在"我群"與"他群"之區(qū)隔,在政治認(rèn)同方面會受到心理撞擊,但隨著在臺時間的延長,其總體社會適應(yīng)性呈現(xiàn)積極向上之態(tài)勢。
[Abstract]:Since the 2011 recruitment of land students in Colleges and universities in Taiwan has started in an all-round way, the interaction between higher education and higher education on both sides of the Taiwan Straits has been developing rapidly and increasing rapidly in the Taiwan Straits. The life of Taiwan's life is in good condition, but the pressure of learning is great. Lu Sheng's coping with learning pressure is a dynamic ring course, involving the source of cognitive stress, experiencing pressure, coping with pressure, and responding to the result of the cycle. It will be subject to psychological impact, but with the extension of time in Taiwan, its overall social adaptability will be positive.
