【摘要】：當(dāng)前,由網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬社會(huì)與現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)交融而型構(gòu)的虛擬文化及其內(nèi)在結(jié)構(gòu)的沖突,既有可能推動(dòng)現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)問(wèn)題及結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾的解決,也有可能造成現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)的失序和混亂。從政治文化和政治生態(tài)的哲學(xué)視角審視,其對(duì)政治文化的發(fā)展和政治生態(tài)的變遷,既可以產(chǎn)生促進(jìn)或聚合其發(fā)展與變遷的同化作用,也可以起到阻礙或消解其發(fā)展與變遷的異化作用。對(duì)于其阻礙或消解政治文化健康發(fā)展以及政治生態(tài)正向變遷的異化影響,應(yīng)該采取多主體的協(xié)同治理模式,即采取網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬社會(huì)的自我管理、國(guó)家或政府對(duì)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬社會(huì)的治理與現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)治理的統(tǒng)一及其相互作用的協(xié)同治理策略,以促進(jìn)虛擬和現(xiàn)實(shí)之間的良性互動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:At present, the conflict of virtual culture and its internal structure formed by the combination of network virtual society and real society may not only promote the solution of real social problems and structural contradictions, but also lead to disorder and disorder in real society. From the philosophical point of view of political culture and political ecology, its influence on the development of political culture and the change of political ecology can not only promote or aggregate the assimilation of its development and change. It can also hinder or eliminate the alienation of its development and change. In order to prevent or eliminate the alienation influence of the healthy development of political culture and the positive change of political ecology, we should adopt the cooperative governance mode of multi-subject, that is, self-management of network virtual society. In order to promote the benign interaction between virtual society and reality, the state or government has unified the governance of network virtual society and the governance of real society, and the cooperative governance strategy of their interaction.
