【摘要】：人的生存發(fā)展日益受到重視,對(duì)婦女就業(yè)的關(guān)注逐漸廣泛。文章從人生存發(fā)展與家庭保障的關(guān)系分析家庭保障對(duì)人生存發(fā)展的重要作用,重點(diǎn)闡述人生存發(fā)展的家庭保障是社會(huì)生產(chǎn)和分配的重要內(nèi)容。婦女就業(yè)對(duì)于增強(qiáng)人生存發(fā)展的家庭保障發(fā)揮重要作用,未來(lái)發(fā)展空間大。文章分析中國(guó)計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)、市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)期和發(fā)達(dá)資本主義國(guó)家的婦女就業(yè)狀況,認(rèn)為資本主義社會(huì)制度決定了不能很好解決婦女就業(yè)問(wèn)題。構(gòu)建基于人生存發(fā)展家庭保障的中國(guó)婦女就業(yè)機(jī)制,要堅(jiān)持以人民為中心的指導(dǎo)思想,建立和完善保障婦女就業(yè)的法律法規(guī),對(duì)婦女進(jìn)行勞動(dòng)力再生產(chǎn)價(jià)值補(bǔ)償,拓寬婦女就業(yè)渠道、提高婦女就業(yè)能力。
[Abstract]:People's survival and development are paid more and more attention to the employment of women. Based on the relationship between human survival and family security, this paper analyzes the important role of family security in human survival and development, and emphasizes that the family security of human survival and development is an important content of social production and distribution. The employment of women plays an important role in enhancing the family security of people's survival and development, and there is a large space for development in the future. This paper analyzes the employment situation of women in China's planned economy, market economy and developed capitalist countries, and thinks that the capitalist social system can not solve the problem of women's employment well. To construct the employment mechanism of Chinese women based on human survival and family security, we should adhere to the guiding ideology of people as the center, establish and perfect laws and regulations to protect women's employment, and compensate women for the value of labor reproduction. We will broaden the channels for women's employment and improve their employability.
