桑巴特德意志社會(huì)主義思想研究

【摘要】:德意志社會(huì)主義思想是桑巴特基于19世紀(jì)末期以來(lái)資本主義惡性發(fā)展到壟斷階段、弊端不斷顯現(xiàn)的前提,對(duì)資本主義的批判與糾正。它的形成與其獨(dú)特的思想條件與時(shí)代背景分不開(kāi)。從思想文化的傳承來(lái)看,黑格爾國(guó)家哲學(xué)為桑巴特德意志社會(huì)主義思想的形成提供了哲學(xué)基礎(chǔ),歷史學(xué)派的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)理念也被其吸收并加以發(fā)展。當(dāng)然,,思想的最終形成還離不開(kāi)一次世界大戰(zhàn)后德國(guó)面臨的經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治危機(jī),正是這一危急形勢(shì),促使桑巴特去尋求一條能帶領(lǐng)德國(guó)走出困境的途徑——德意志社會(huì)主義。 桑巴特的德意志社會(huì)主義思想是建立在對(duì)“經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代”的批判基礎(chǔ)之上,它否認(rèn)這個(gè)時(shí)代的經(jīng)濟(jì)精神,決心掃除由其帶來(lái)的所有不良狀態(tài)。由此,塑造出一個(gè)符合德意志精神的德意志社會(huì)主義,復(fù)興德意志文化。 至于德意志社會(huì)主義實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑,在桑巴特看來(lái),其只有依靠國(guó)家權(quán)威、依靠強(qiáng)權(quán)政治才能最終實(shí)現(xiàn);诖,他為未來(lái)德意志國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)統(tǒng)治原則。在政治統(tǒng)治原則方面,從國(guó)內(nèi)人口等級(jí)劃分、“領(lǐng)袖原則”這兩方面進(jìn)行規(guī)定;在經(jīng)濟(jì)管理原則方面,從對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)的規(guī)定,限制國(guó)民消費(fèi),計(jì)劃國(guó)家生產(chǎn)三個(gè)方面闡述。體現(xiàn)了他信仰國(guó)家權(quán)威,希望通過(guò)獨(dú)裁統(tǒng)治達(dá)到復(fù)興德意志文化與德意志國(guó)的目的。 桑巴特德意志社會(huì)主義思想強(qiáng)調(diào)民族文化傳統(tǒng)和民族主義,對(duì)處于帝國(guó)主義階段的資本主義而言,是一種強(qiáng)大的批判力量,激發(fā)了人們對(duì)于“拜物教”式的社會(huì)的反思。但由于他在德國(guó)法西斯上臺(tái)前后著成此書(shū),人們自然將他的思想與納粹主義相提并論。其思想特質(zhì)也確與納粹主義有切合部分,這是他的社會(huì)主義思想的重大污點(diǎn),我們須嚴(yán)肅批判。
[Abstract]:The thought of German socialism is the premise of Sambat's criticism and correction of capitalism based on the vicious development of capitalism to monopoly stage since the end of the 19th century. Its formation and its unique ideological conditions and the background of the times can not be separated. From the perspective of ideological and cultural inheritance, Hegel's national philosophy provided the philosophical basis for the formation of Sambat's German socialist thought, and the political and economic ideas of the historical school were also absorbed and developed. Of course, the final formation of thought was inseparable from the economic and political crisis that Germany faced after the first World War. It was this critical situation that prompted Sambat to seek a way to lead Germany out of its predicament-German socialism. Sambat's thought of German socialism is based on the criticism of the "economic age", which denies the economic spirit of this era and is determined to eliminate all bad conditions brought about by it. From this, mold a German socialism that accords with German spirit, rejuvenate German culture. As for the way to realize German socialism, according to Sambat, it can be realized only by state authority and power politics. Based on this, he designed a ruling principle for the future German state. In the aspect of the principle of political rule, it is stipulated from the domestic population class division and the "leader principle", and the economic management principle from three aspects: the regulation of economy and technology, the restriction of national consumption and the planning of national production. He believes in the authority of the state and hopes to revive German culture and Germany through dictatorship. Sambat's German socialist thought emphasizes the national cultural tradition and nationalism, which is a powerful critical force for capitalism in the imperialist stage, and has inspired people to reflect on the "fetishism" type of society. But since he wrote this book around the time of German fascism, one naturally equates his ideas with Nazism. Its ideological characteristics are also relevant to Nazism, which is a major stain of his socialist ideology, we must seriously criticize.
