【摘要】：隨著社會的發(fā)展,人們對醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生的需求趨向多元化,由此推動一元化的醫(yī)學治療模式逐漸向“生理—心理—社會”醫(yī)學模式轉變�；颊咴谠\療過程中不僅需要生理方面的治愈,更需要在心理,社會方面得到人性化的關懷。與此同時,醫(yī)護人員由于承擔繁忙的臨床工作從而在一定程度上缺乏對患者的人文關懷、醫(yī)患之間的信息不對等、醫(yī)患之間溝通的不到位等原因導致近年來醫(yī)療糾紛呈不斷上升趨勢,嚴重傷害和諧醫(yī)患關系的建立、損害醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)在老百姓心中的形象,甚至影響社會的和諧與穩(wěn)定。醫(yī)療糾紛的不斷發(fā)生以及如何預防與調解,已然成為如今社會的一個重要課題。本文擬對我國醫(yī)療糾紛及醫(yī)療糾紛調解的現狀及原因、醫(yī)療糾紛第三方調解的發(fā)展及困境進行分析;對社會工作的價值理念及實務特點進行探討,結合實務案例分析,對社會工作視角下醫(yī)療糾紛第三方調解研究,為我國社會工作的發(fā)展及醫(yī)療糾紛的預防和調解提供有益的參考和建議。本研究主要采用理論研究與實踐研究相結合。實踐研究部分主要通過參與式觀察、行動研究及訪談的方法收集第一手資料,筆者通過深入醫(yī)療機構和第三方調解組織實習獲取第一手真實資料,附以個案訪談,實地觀察,參與調解,發(fā)現問題,提出對策建議。同時結合文獻研究法,厘清概念,夯實理論基礎,對醫(yī)務社會工作及醫(yī)療糾紛第三方調解的相關文獻的整理并分析,從而從理論上對相關問題進行探討。本研究主要從下面五個部分對所要研究的問題進行探討分析第一部分:主要介紹了論文的選題背景與選題意義,研究問題的提出,整理相關文獻,提出論文的研究思路和研究方法。并對其理論基礎和相關概念進行界定。第二部分:醫(yī)療糾紛現狀及原因分析,并對醫(yī)療糾紛現有解決機制分析。第三部分:首先分析醫(yī)療糾紛第三方調解機制的現狀,并對其困境加以分析。第四部分:首先闡述醫(yī)務社會工作在我國的發(fā)展現狀,并分析醫(yī)務社工對醫(yī)療糾紛的預防與調解有什么優(yōu)勢和不足,結合具體案例分析。第五部分:主要是對本研究的結論進行總結,反思本研究存在的不足,為進一步的研究提供參考。通過綜合分析研究,本文認為醫(yī)療糾紛的頻繁發(fā)生嚴重影響正常的醫(yī)療秩序,阻礙醫(yī)患關系的和諧發(fā)展,破壞社會的和諧與穩(wěn)定。兼具社會工作專業(yè)溝通技能和醫(yī)學素養(yǎng)的醫(yī)務社工可以在醫(yī)患關系中起到橋梁的作用,有效預防和調解醫(yī)患糾紛。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, people's demand for medical and health care tends to be diversified, thus promoting the transformation of the unified medical treatment model to the "physiological-psychological-social" medical model.In the process of diagnosis and treatment, patients need not only physical healing, but also psychological and social care.At the same time, due to their busy clinical work, medical personnel lack humanistic care for patients to a certain extent, and the information between doctors and patients is not equal.The lack of communication between doctors and patients leads to a rising trend of medical disputes in recent years, which seriously damages the establishment of harmonious doctor-patient relationship, damages the image of medical and health undertakings in the hearts of the common people, and even affects the harmony and stability of the society.The continuous occurrence of medical disputes and how to prevent and mediate has become an important topic in the society.This paper analyzes the current situation and causes of medical disputes and mediation of medical disputes, the development and predicament of third-party mediation of medical disputes, discusses the value concept and practical characteristics of social work, and analyzes the practical cases.The research on the third party mediation of medical disputes from the perspective of social work provides useful references and suggestions for the development of social work and the prevention and mediation of medical disputes in China.This research mainly uses the theory research and the practice research unifies.The part of practical research mainly collects first-hand information by means of participatory observation, action research and interview. The author obtains first-hand and true information by going deep into medical institutions and third-party mediation organizations, with case interviews and field observation.Participate in mediation, find problems, and propose countermeasures.At the same time, combined with the literature research method, clarify the concept, consolidate the theoretical basis, medical social work and third party mediation of medical disputes related literature collation and analysis, so as to theoretically discuss the relevant issues.The first part mainly introduces the background and significance of the selected topic, puts forward the research questions, arranges the relevant documents.The research ideas and methods of the thesis are put forward.And its theoretical basis and related concepts are defined.The second part: the status quo and causes of medical disputes, and the existing medical dispute resolution mechanism analysis.The third part: firstly, it analyzes the current situation of the third-party mediation mechanism of medical disputes, and analyzes its predicament.The fourth part: firstly, it expounds the development of medical social work in China, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of medical social workers in the prevention and mediation of medical disputes, combined with a specific case study.The fifth part is to summarize the conclusions of this study, reflect on the shortcomings of this study, and provide a reference for further research.Through comprehensive analysis and research, this paper holds that the frequent occurrence of medical disputes seriously affects the normal medical order, hinders the harmonious development of the doctor-patient relationship, and destroys the harmony and stability of the society.Medical social workers with social work professional communication skills and medical literacy can play a bridge role in the doctor-patient relationship and effectively prevent and mediate doctor-patient disputes.
