【摘要】：文章結(jié)合預(yù)防性儲(chǔ)蓄理論,采用中國(guó)健康營(yíng)養(yǎng)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),研究是否享受公費(fèi)醫(yī)療對(duì)我國(guó)老年人儲(chǔ)蓄行為的影響。發(fā)現(xiàn):醫(yī)療支出是老年人晚年生活的重要支出;我國(guó)的老年人有很強(qiáng)的預(yù)防性儲(chǔ)蓄動(dòng)機(jī);預(yù)防性儲(chǔ)蓄主要是為了應(yīng)對(duì)醫(yī)療的不確定性;享受公費(fèi)醫(yī)療的老年人在經(jīng)濟(jì)條件上,相比一般老年人,擁有更充足的流動(dòng)性支持�；谝陨习l(fā)現(xiàn),文章提出政府應(yīng)在改革和完善醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)制度的過(guò)程中,著重提高老年人醫(yī)療保障水平,為老年人提供更為確定的醫(yī)療保障預(yù)期,促進(jìn)老年人減少預(yù)防性儲(chǔ)蓄,這將有利于老年人充分享受改革發(fā)展的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)成果。
[Abstract]:Based on the precautionary saving theory and the data of China Health Nutrition Survey, this paper studies the effects of public health care on the savings behavior of the elderly in China.It is found that medical expenditure is an important expenditure for the elderly in their old age; the elderly in our country have strong precautionary saving motivation; the precautionary saving is mainly to deal with the uncertainty of medical treatment; the elderly who enjoy public medical treatment are in economic conditions.There is more mobility support than the average elderly.Based on the above findings, the paper puts forward that the government should, in the process of reforming and perfecting the medical insurance system, focus on raising the level of medical security for the elderly, providing a more definite medical security expectation for the elderly, and promoting the elderly to reduce their preventive savings.This will be conducive to the elderly to fully enjoy the socio-economic fruits of reform and development.
