【摘要】：正清末以來(lái)的歷史,能讓我們窺見(jiàn)中華民族生存發(fā)展的"秘密"。那就是在國(guó)家危亡之際,民間力量的發(fā)展壯大,成為國(guó)家、社會(huì)、文化生存的重要基礎(chǔ)。百年來(lái),中國(guó)的革命、建設(shè)與改革都源自民間自發(fā)的探索。革命力量和政黨起自民間,把一盤(pán)散沙、危機(jī)四伏的古老帝國(guó)整合為一個(gè)凝聚力強(qiáng)而組織良好的近代民族國(guó)家;建設(shè)力量和流派發(fā)自民間,著力改善地方社會(huì)的公共物品供給不足問(wèn)題;改革力量和機(jī)會(huì)出自民間,成為國(guó)家體制改革的重要契機(jī)和樣本。這種民間的影響也可以從梁?jiǎn)⒊?yán)復(fù)
[Abstract]:The history since the end of the Qing Dynasty can give us a glimpse of the "secret" of the survival and development of the Chinese nation.That is, at the time of national crisis, the development and growth of folk power has become an important basis for the survival of the country, society and culture.In the past hundred years, China's revolution, construction and reform have all originated from the spontaneous exploration of the people.Revolutionary forces and political parties emerged from among the people to integrate the scattered and perilous ancient empires into a cohesive and well-organized modern nation-state; the building forces and schools came from the people.Focusing on improving the shortage of public goods in local society, the reform power and opportunity come from the folk, and become the important opportunity and sample of the national system reform.This kind of folk influence can also be derived from Liang Qichao and Yan Fu.
