【摘要】：毒品濫用不僅極大損害人類健康,形成難以戒除的生理和心理依賴,而且嚴(yán)重影響社會(huì)安定和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。在當(dāng)今諸多的全球性問(wèn)題中,毒品問(wèn)題始終是各國(guó)政府都要高度重視、不懈努力、認(rèn)真解決的重大問(wèn)題。要遏制毒品泛濫,降低毒品危害,不僅要對(duì)吸毒者進(jìn)行醫(yī)療上的人道主義救助、社會(huì)上的人文關(guān)懷和法律上的人本主義防治,更應(yīng)該上升到哲學(xué)的層面,以人的全面發(fā)展為目的,對(duì)吸毒人群進(jìn)行全面的分析,開(kāi)展毒品文化批判。 毒品文化是一種在特定人群中形成的亞文化,它由吸毒者的社會(huì)文化環(huán)境、吸毒者的生活方式與吸毒者的價(jià)值取向三個(gè)方面組成。毒品文化是一種特定的文化現(xiàn)象,它為毒品的傳播和蔓延提供文化土壤和社會(huì)條件。毒品文化群體是一個(gè)亞文化的邊緣群體,它的存在和發(fā)展,成為吸毒人群的外部環(huán)境支撐和心理信念支撐。對(duì)毒品文化的價(jià)值認(rèn)同還加劇了吸毒人的心理服從性,形成了一種特殊的文化壓力,迫于文化的壓力,吸毒者越陷越深。毒品文化在現(xiàn)代有它特有的發(fā)展趨向,即,大眾化與時(shí)尚化趨向,頑固性和蔓延性趨向,符號(hào)消費(fèi)趨向和危險(xiǎn)性傾向;同時(shí)也形成了它自身發(fā)生、發(fā)展的機(jī)制,即,逃避現(xiàn)實(shí)的文化機(jī)制,排解壓力的文化機(jī)制,社會(huì)交往的文化機(jī)制和追求享樂(lè)的文化機(jī)制。 從心理學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、后現(xiàn)代主義等多維視角來(lái)分析闡述吸毒文化賴以形成的社會(huì)環(huán)境,是本文研究毒品文化的一大特點(diǎn),從根本上和在歸根到底的意義上來(lái)反思毒品文化的產(chǎn)生所具有的深刻人性根源和社會(huì)歷史根源則成為本文的重要部分。文化哲學(xué)是一種對(duì)人的生存以及各種社會(huì)現(xiàn)象的理性批判與反思。文化批判是現(xiàn)代文化哲學(xué)的重要組成部分。文化模式是人的基本的生存方式,是人的生存的深層維度,也是文化哲學(xué)的核心范疇,文化模式的分析與研究有助于理解和察明毒品文化的模式以及毒品文化模式的特性。 毒品文化批判的目的,是探索開(kāi)展毒品文化批判意義上的禁毒實(shí)踐活動(dòng),用文化批判的思維來(lái)促進(jìn)禁毒工作的開(kāi)展,批判低俗的大眾文化,創(chuàng)造先進(jìn)的文化理念,培育優(yōu)秀的文化精神。通過(guò)倡導(dǎo)健康的生活方式、開(kāi)展積極的人性關(guān)懷和全面的社會(huì)防控,探索一條適合我國(guó)國(guó)情的禁毒之路。
[Abstract]:Drug abuse not only harms human health, forms physiological and psychological dependence, but also seriously affects social stability and economic development.Among today's many global problems, the drug problem has always been a major problem that governments of all countries should attach great importance to, make unremitting efforts, and conscientiously solve.In order to curb the spread of drugs and reduce the harm of drugs, we should not only provide medical and humanitarian assistance to drug addicts, but also raise the humanistic care in society and the prevention and cure of humanism in the law to a philosophical level.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the drug users and to criticize the drug culture.Drug culture is a kind of subculture formed in a specific population. It consists of three aspects: the social and cultural environment of drug users, the life style of drug addicts and the value orientation of drug addicts.Drug culture is a specific cultural phenomenon, which provides cultural soil and social conditions for the spread and spread of drugs.Drug culture group is a subculture marginal group, its existence and development, become the external environment support and psychological belief support of drug addicts.The value identity of drug culture also intensifies the psychological subordination of drug addicts, and forms a special cultural pressure. Under the pressure of culture, drug addicts get deeper and deeper.Drug culture has its own trend of development in modern times, that is, the trend of popularization and fashion, the tendency of obstinacy and contagion, the tendency of symbol consumption and the tendency of danger. At the same time, it also forms the mechanism of its own occurrence and development, that is,The cultural mechanism of escapism, the mechanism of relieving pressure, the cultural mechanism of social communication and the cultural mechanism of pursuing pleasure.From the perspective of psychology, sociology and postmodernism, it is a major characteristic of this paper to analyze and expound the social environment on which drug abuse culture is based.It is an important part of this paper to reflect on the profound human nature and social historical origin of drug culture in the sense of essence and in the final analysis.Cultural philosophy is a rational criticism and reflection on human existence and various social phenomena.Cultural criticism is an important part of modern cultural philosophy.Cultural model is the basic way of human existence, the deep dimension of human existence, and the core category of cultural philosophy. The analysis and study of cultural model is helpful to understand and understand the drug culture model and the characteristics of drug culture model.The purpose of drug culture criticism is to explore the practice of drug control in the sense of drug culture criticism, to promote the development of drug control work with the thinking of cultural criticism, to criticize vulgar popular culture, and to create advanced cultural ideas.Cultivate excellent cultural spirit.By advocating a healthy way of life, carrying out active human care and comprehensive social prevention and control, we should explore a road of drug control suitable for our country's national conditions.
