【摘要】：正斗轉(zhuǎn)星移,風(fēng)云際會(huì),中國(guó)高校學(xué)報(bào)正處在全球化、信息化的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中。面對(duì)社會(huì)上各種評(píng)價(jià)體系的考量,面對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)界褒貶不一的評(píng)議,學(xué)報(bào)的職責(zé)與使命、學(xué)報(bào)的生存與發(fā)展是辦刊人無法回避的課題。
[Abstract]:Is the passing of night, the meeting of wind and clouds, Chinese university journal is in the fierce competition of the globalization, informatization. Facing all kinds of social evaluation system in the face of different considerations, the Academic Council, duty and mission of the survival and development of people is the unavoidable topic.
