【摘要】：21世紀綜合國力的競爭,歸根結(jié)底是科技人才的競爭。無論是發(fā)達國家還是發(fā)展中國家,都紛紛把制定與本國國情相適應(yīng)的科技人才發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略作為各自基本國策的重要組成部分,把發(fā)現(xiàn)科技人才、培養(yǎng)科技人才、使用科技人才、吸引和爭取科技人才作為自己的工作重點之 而女性科技人才是我國科技人才資源的重要部分,而現(xiàn)如今,從我國在科技領(lǐng)域中的女性人數(shù)來看,我國女性科技的發(fā)展空間還相當大。因此促進我國女性積極參與到高科技領(lǐng)域中,是擴大我國高科技領(lǐng)域人才資源的重要方式。本文就我國女性在高科技領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、問題及對策進行初步分析和探索。 本文共分為三個部分,第一部分對我國女性在高科技領(lǐng)域中的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行概況分析,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：在我國參與科技發(fā)展的女性雖然已經(jīng)超過1000萬人,但是參與到我國高科技領(lǐng)域,在科學界中具有權(quán)威地位、取得過頂尖科研成就的女性科學家卻鳳毛麟角,從對我國女性院士群體的研究中發(fā)現(xiàn),我國高端女性科技人才已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)老齡化等問題,這更加體現(xiàn)出我國發(fā)展年輕一代女性頂尖科技人才已經(jīng)勢在必行。在此基礎(chǔ)上還對我國高科技領(lǐng)域中女性科研人才缺失的內(nèi)部原因和外部原因進行了初步探析,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國參與科學研究的女性科技人員并沒有把科學研究作為自己的追求與事業(yè),絕大多數(shù)的女性科研工作者還是把維系家庭視為自己生活中最重要的部分,并總結(jié)出我國女性的自身價值定位低成為了我國高科技領(lǐng)域中缺乏女性科研人才的重要原因之一；第二部分對國外女性在高科技領(lǐng)域中的發(fā)展情況、以及在歷史上獲得過諾貝爾獎的女科學家的成功因素進行分析,并把這些因素分為女性科學家自身的內(nèi)在因素和外在的社會、環(huán)境因素進行了系統(tǒng)的分析總結(jié)；第三部分在總結(jié)了國外成功女性科學家成功因素的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒了美國、法國、韓國等國家關(guān)于促進女性更好地融入科學研究的政策措施的同時,還結(jié)合我國基本國情,總結(jié)和展望了我國女性本世紀在科學發(fā)展中的優(yōu)勢,最后還對如何推動我國女性更好的融入到高科技事業(yè)中簡單的提出了的幾點意見和建議。
