【摘要】:針對(duì)社會(huì)資本對(duì)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)成員合作行為的影響問題。首先指出當(dāng)前我國大型復(fù)雜項(xiàng)目的組織結(jié)構(gòu),是通過各種契約關(guān)系和股權(quán)關(guān)系共同作用而形成的社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。然后,深入分析項(xiàng)目組織網(wǎng)絡(luò)中內(nèi)部企業(yè)和外部企業(yè)三維度社會(huì)資本的特點(diǎn)和差異性,及其對(duì)合作行為的影響作用。在此基礎(chǔ)上探討業(yè)主為創(chuàng)造促進(jìn)項(xiàng)目參建單位合作的社會(huì)資本條件應(yīng)采取的激勵(lì)措施。
[Abstract]:Aim at the impact of social capital on cooperative behavior of project team members.Firstly, it is pointed out that the organizational structure of large and complex projects in China is a social network formed by the joint action of various contractual relationships and equity relations.Then, the characteristics and differences of the three-dimensional social capital of the internal and external enterprises in the project organization network are deeply analyzed, as well as its influence on the cooperative behavior.On this basis, this paper discusses the incentive measures that the owner should take to create the social capital conditions to promote the cooperation of the participating units in the project.
