【摘要】：黨的十八大以來(lái),習(xí)近平高度重視網(wǎng)上輿論工作,他要求把網(wǎng)上輿論工作作為宣傳思想工作的重中之重來(lái)抓。他認(rèn)為,網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,既為做好網(wǎng)上輿論工作提供了機(jī)遇,也帶來(lái)了挑戰(zhàn)。他要求各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部一定要認(rèn)清做好網(wǎng)上輿論工作的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),堅(jiān)持網(wǎng)上輿論工作的正確政治方向,堅(jiān)持黨性原則,堅(jiān)持正確的輿論導(dǎo)向,堅(jiān)持團(tuán)結(jié)穩(wěn)定鼓勁、正面宣傳為主。要真正成為運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代傳媒新手段新方法的行家里手,推動(dòng)傳統(tǒng)媒體和新興媒體融合發(fā)展,把握好網(wǎng)上輿論引導(dǎo)的時(shí)、度、效,敢抓敢管,敢于亮劍,不斷提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)工作能力和水平,牢牢掌握網(wǎng)上輿論工作的主動(dòng)權(quán),努力讓網(wǎng)絡(luò)成為我們黨治國(guó)理政的重要工具。習(xí)近平的重要論述,對(duì)做好網(wǎng)上輿論工作提出了新要求、作出了新部署,具有很強(qiáng)的戰(zhàn)略性、前瞻性和針對(duì)性,是我們?cè)谛滦蝿?shì)下進(jìn)一步做好網(wǎng)上輿論工作的時(shí)代指引和行動(dòng)綱領(lǐng)。
