【摘要】：失獨對于一個家庭來說無謂是一次非常之大的打擊。當前失獨家庭的數(shù)量越來越龐大的同時無疑成為了社會所關注的問題。一個家庭里唯一的一個孩子因為疾病或意外事故而離開這個家庭時,父母所面臨的是沒有子女的陪伴和晚年沒有子女養(yǎng)老的現(xiàn)實問題。子女的突然離去,讓原本美好的家庭成為“失獨家庭”,讓孩子的父母在精神上受著沉重的打擊。一個良好的家庭關系的維系必定會有一個感情的寄托來起著連接作用,然而當失獨家庭已經(jīng)沒有了子女的情況下,那么這個家庭的生活也將會有很大的變動。本文所研究的失獨家庭不是真正意義上的失獨家庭,這是一個因為孩子得了不治之癥后失去了孩子的家庭,在忍受精神折磨的近十多年痛苦時第二個孩子的誕生給了這個家庭無限的希望。但好景不長,第二個孩子也因一場重感冒得了腦癱導致肢體殘疾的現(xiàn)狀。在長時間的痛苦中掙扎的夫妻二人漸漸失去了家庭的責任、義務和忍耐,官方堪稱這種家庭為暫時性失獨家庭。類似情況的家庭并非個案,因此筆者出于對這類家庭的惻隱之心從而決定以社會工作視角下對失獨家庭進行分析研究。為進一步了解失獨家庭的問題,筆者主要查閱了很多有關研究的國內(nèi)外書籍和文獻做一些理論基礎。在前期準備工作之時,采用問卷調(diào)查研究和訪談法了解出案主張姐一家所出現(xiàn)的家庭問題、經(jīng)濟問題和社會問題。在介入過程中,筆者采用了心理社會治療模式和家庭治療模式的系統(tǒng)方法對其進行了積極的介入治療。在筆者成功的介入治療失獨家庭問題后得出:心理社會治療模式可以有效的對案主進行心理分析與疏導;家庭治療模式中的支持性家庭治療對案主一家提供希望與鼓勵,督促家庭成員相互溝通,恢復他們原有的家庭功能。
[Abstract]:Losing independence is a great blow to a family.At present, the number of families without independence has become more and more large and undoubtedly become a social concern.When the only child in a family leaves the family because of illness or an accident, the parents are faced with the real problem of having no children to accompany them and to have no children in their old age.The sudden departure of the children makes the beautiful family become the "lost family", and the parents of the children suffer a heavy mental blow.The maintenance of a good family relationship must have an emotional sustenance to play a connecting role, but when the lost family has no children, the life of the family will be greatly changed.The family studied in this paper is not a lost family in the true sense. It is a family with a child who has lost her child after suffering from incurable disease.The birth of a second child after more than a decade of suffering gave the family hope.But not long, the second child also suffered from a bad cold cerebral palsy resulting in physical disability.The couple, struggling for a long time, have gradually lost their family responsibilities, obligations and patience, officially calling them temporary disenfranchised families.Families with similar situations are not individual cases, so the author decided to analyze and study the families with loss of independence from the perspective of social work because of their compassion for these families.In order to further understand the problem of families without independence, the author mainly consulted a lot of domestic and foreign books and literature to do some theoretical basis.During the preparatory work, the family problems, economic problems and social problems were found out by questionnaire investigation and interview.In the process of intervention, the author adopted the psycho-social treatment model and the family treatment model to carry on the active interventional therapy.After the successful interventional treatment for the problem of lost family, it is concluded that the psycho-social treatment model can effectively conduct psychological analysis and guidance to the victim, and the supportive family therapy in the family treatment model provides hope and encouragement to the family.Urge family members to communicate with each other and restore their original family functions.
