咸陽市青年公務(wù)員主觀幸福感調(diào)查與研究

【摘要】:幸福是每個人關(guān)心和追求的最終生活目標(biāo),主觀幸福感表現(xiàn)為個體對自身生活滿意度和情感體驗的綜合認(rèn)知、判斷和評價。隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,人們在物質(zhì)生活水平顯著提高的同時,開始追求更高水平的生活質(zhì)量和生活滿意度,因此,對主觀幸福感的實現(xiàn)程度和提高策略的研究是關(guān)系到國民生活福祉的重要課題。以咸陽市青年公務(wù)員群體為研究對象的主觀幸福感的調(diào)查研究,有助于提升青年公務(wù)員群體的主觀幸福感和職業(yè)歸屬感,提高政府各部門的行政和服務(wù)效率,最終能夠有效提升社會主義和諧社會的建設(shè)效率。首先,運用文獻(xiàn)研究法和訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法,通過對主觀幸福感的理論研究,結(jié)合青年公務(wù)員的年齡特點和職業(yè)特性,編制出《咸陽市青年公務(wù)員主觀幸福感調(diào)查問卷》并展開實地調(diào)研;其次,通過對有效問卷的數(shù)據(jù)分析,判斷出咸陽市青年公務(wù)員群體主觀幸福感現(xiàn)狀為大多數(shù)青年公務(wù)員主觀幸福感中等偏高,同時存在部分群體主觀幸福感偏低的情況,其主要原因為:政府體制存在的缺陷、消極的行政文化、生活壓力不斷增大和青年公務(wù)員自身素質(zhì)有待提高;最后,分別從政府層面和個人層面提出相應(yīng)的提升咸陽市青年公務(wù)員群體主觀幸福感的有效對策,其中主要包括建立科學(xué)合理的公務(wù)員晉升考核制度、加強(qiáng)新形勢下的思想政治教育工作、建立和諧的機(jī)關(guān)文化、樹立正確的職業(yè)價值觀等。
[Abstract]:Happiness is the ultimate goal of life that everyone cares about and pursues. Subjective well-being is the comprehensive cognition, judgment and evaluation of the individual's life satisfaction and emotional experience. With the rapid development of social economy, At the same time, people began to pursue a higher level of life quality and life satisfaction, so, The research on the degree of realization of subjective well-being and the strategies to improve it is an important topic related to the well-being of the people. It is helpful to enhance the subjective well-being and the sense of professional belonging of young civil servants, to improve the administrative and service efficiency of various government departments, and finally to effectively enhance the efficiency of building a harmonious socialist society. Through the theoretical research on subjective well-being and the age and professional characteristics of young civil servants, this paper applies the methods of literature research and interview, questionnaire survey, and the theoretical study of subjective well-being. The questionnaire on subjective Well-being of Young Civil servants in Xianyang City was compiled and the field investigation was carried out. Secondly, through the data analysis of the valid questionnaire, It is concluded that the present situation of subjective well-being of young civil servants in Xianyang is that the subjective well-being of most young civil servants is on the high side, while the subjective well-being of some groups is on the low side. The main reasons are: the defects of the government system. Negative administrative culture, increasing pressure of life and the quality of young civil servants need to be improved; finally, from the government level and individual level, respectively, put forward corresponding measures to promote the subjective well-being of young civil servants in Xianyang. It mainly includes the establishment of a scientific and reasonable civil servant promotion appraisal system, the strengthening of ideological and political education under the new situation, the establishment of a harmonious organ culture, and the establishment of correct professional values, etc.
