企業(yè)社會工作兩維價值觀的沖突與平衡

【摘要】:本文圍繞著企業(yè)管理價值觀與員工福利價值觀的沖突與矛盾的產(chǎn)生、表現(xiàn)及平衡,通過研讀相關(guān)文獻資料和在深圳的實地調(diào)研,特別是在深圳G企業(yè)社工服務(wù)中心兩個月的實習(xí),對G企業(yè)管理層和員工的訪談,總結(jié)G企業(yè)社會工作的經(jīng)驗,分析企業(yè)社會工作發(fā)展面臨困境的實質(zhì)并提出解決的策略,在這一基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)目前企業(yè)社會工作發(fā)展的思路與方向。期望能幫助一線企業(yè)社會工作者解釋他們所遇到的困境,理清思路,推動企業(yè)社會工作的發(fā)展。 研究發(fā)現(xiàn):在泰羅制科學(xué)管理模式之下,企業(yè)管理層和員工對企業(yè)社會工作有不同需求,社會工作發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)相互對立的兩維價值觀——企業(yè)管理價值觀和員工福利價值觀,這在根本上影響著企業(yè)社會工作,成為企業(yè)社會工作發(fā)展困境的主要原因。企業(yè)社會工作在解決企業(yè)與員工矛盾中扮演著中間者的角色,發(fā)揮著積極作用。企業(yè)社會工作要采取平衡策略,處理好兩維價值的關(guān)系。未來的發(fā)展方向,是協(xié)助企業(yè)改善管理方式、完善企業(yè)文化、承擔(dān)企業(yè)社會責(zé)任,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)社會工作與企業(yè)的雙贏。 本文首先分析科學(xué)管理模式之下企業(yè)與員工的對立及具體的表現(xiàn),由此總結(jié)企業(yè)管理和員工福利這兩維價值觀,,并從兩維價值觀出發(fā),分析它們對企業(yè)社會工作的需求與認(rèn)識,對企業(yè)社會工作發(fā)展的推動與制約作用,總結(jié)出兩維價值觀的矛盾與沖突是企業(yè)社會工作目前重要的發(fā)展困境。立足G企業(yè)的成功經(jīng)驗,提出平衡兩位價值觀的策略,最后得出結(jié)論,認(rèn)為企業(yè)社會工作的發(fā)展必須與企業(yè)管理理念相適應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:This article revolves around the conflict and the contradiction between the enterprise management value and the employee welfare value, the manifestation and the balance, through reading the related literature material and the field investigation in Shenzhen, Especially in Shenzhen G enterprise social work service center for two months of practice, to G enterprise management and staff interviews, summed up G enterprise social work experience, analyze the essence of the development of corporate social work difficulties and put forward solutions. On this basis, this paper summarizes the ideas and directions of the development of enterprise social work, and expects to help the first-line enterprise social workers explain their difficulties, clear out their ideas, and promote the development of enterprise social work. It is found that under the scientific management model of Thalo system, the management and employees have different demands on the social work of enterprises, and there are two dimensions of values in the development of social work, namely, the values of enterprise management and the values of employees' welfare, which are opposite to each other in the development of social work. This fundamentally affects the enterprise social work and becomes the main reason for the predicament of the enterprise social work development. Enterprise social work plays the role of intermediary in resolving the contradiction between the enterprise and the staff. Enterprise social work should adopt a balanced strategy to deal with the relationship between two dimensions of value. The future direction of development is to help enterprises improve their management methods, improve corporate culture, and assume corporate social responsibility. Realize the double-win of enterprise social work and enterprise. This paper first analyzes the antagonism and concrete performance of enterprises and employees under the scientific management mode, and then summarizes the two dimensional values of enterprise management and employee welfare, and starts from the two dimensional values. Analyzing their demand and understanding to the enterprise social work, promoting and restricting the development of the enterprise social work, Summing up the contradiction and conflict of the two dimensional values is the important development dilemma of the enterprise social work at present. Based on the successful experience of G enterprise, this paper puts forward the strategy of balancing the two values, and finally draws a conclusion. The author thinks that the development of enterprise social work must adapt to the concept of enterprise management.
