【摘要】：社區(qū)志愿者是社會工作者開展社區(qū)服務時重要的資源之一,在社區(qū)層面培育社區(qū)志愿者是社會工作者的一項重要任務。目前,國內在針對社會工作如何介入社區(qū)志愿者培育過程方面的實證研究還比較欠缺。因此,本研究旨在探索社會工作在社區(qū)志愿者培育過程中的策略與方法。 本研究采用的是質性研究的方法,是有關于社區(qū)志愿者培育的一項探索性研究。本研究依據(jù)的是優(yōu)勢視角,以廈門市Q社區(qū)為個案,對廈門市Q社區(qū)三種類型社區(qū)志愿者(“從無到有”類型社區(qū)志愿者、“從少到多”類型社區(qū)志愿者以及“服務方式從單一到豐富”類型社區(qū)志愿者)培育過程展開實證研究。本研究有如下研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：1.社會工作者對社區(qū)志愿者進行優(yōu)點評估并允許其嘗試不同形式的社區(qū)志愿服務有助于充分發(fā)揮社區(qū)志愿者潛能；2.社會工作者與社區(qū)志愿者建立平等的合作關系并滿足社區(qū)志愿者的合法權益有助于提升社區(qū)志愿者參與社區(qū)志愿服務的熱情；3.循序漸進培育方式、“體驗式”參與方式以及社區(qū)志愿者示范作用方式是社會工作者在社區(qū)志愿者培育過程中的幾種有效手段；4.社會工作者根據(jù)項目及居民需求培育社區(qū)志愿者,有利于社區(qū)志愿資源的合理開發(fā)與利用。 本研究的理論意義在于,它對社區(qū)志愿者培育以及“社工+義工”聯(lián)動相關研究有一定的參考價值；其實踐意義在于,它有助于社區(qū)創(chuàng)新志愿者培育模式、提升社區(qū)志愿者自身能力和參與社區(qū)志愿服務的熱情以及發(fā)揮“社工+義工”聯(lián)動機制的作用。由于筆者自身能力水平和時間所限,本研究在訪談對象的代表性以及社區(qū)志愿者培育考察的深度和廣度等方面存在一定不足。
[Abstract]:Community volunteers are one of the most important resources for social workers to carry out community service. It is an important task for social workers to cultivate community volunteers at the community level. There is a lack of empirical research on how social work is involved in the process of community volunteer cultivation. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the strategies and methods of social work in the process of community volunteer cultivation. This study is based on a qualitative approach and an exploratory study on the cultivation of community volunteers. This study is based on an advantage perspective and takes the Q community in Xiamen as a case study. The cultivation process of three types of community volunteers ("from nothing to have" type community volunteers, "from little to more" type community volunteers and "service style from single to rich" type community volunteers) was carried out in Q community of Xiamen. Empirical study. This study has the following findings: 1. Social workers to assess the merits of community volunteers and allow them to try different forms of community volunteer service can help to fully develop the potential of community volunteers 2.Social workers. Establishing an equal cooperative relationship with community volunteers and satisfying the legal rights and interests of community volunteers will help to enhance the enthusiasm of community volunteers to participate in community volunteer service 3.The way of gradual cultivation, "experiential" participation and community. The demonstration mode of district volunteers is several effective means for social workers in the process of community volunteer cultivation. Social workers cultivate community volunteers according to the project and the needs of residents. It is beneficial to the rational development and utilization of community voluntary resources. The theoretical significance of this study is that it has certain reference value for the community volunteer cultivation and the related research of "social worker volunteer" linkage, and its practical significance is that it can help the community to innovate the volunteer cultivation mode. Improve the ability of community volunteers and the enthusiasm to participate in community volunteer service, and play the role of "social workers" linkage mechanism. Due to the author's own ability level and time limit, In this study, there are some shortcomings in the representativeness of the interview subjects and the depth and breadth of community volunteer cultivation and investigation.
