【摘要】：目前的"一帶一路"研究并未真正地觸及其知識(shí)內(nèi)核。即對(duì)現(xiàn)有關(guān)于世界秩序的知識(shí)體系而言,"一帶一路"意味了何種的知識(shí)取向和知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)向?而中國(guó)與西方已有的知識(shí)遺產(chǎn)——"天下主義"、"殖民主義的帝國(guó)主義秩序"——都存在著一定的"中心主義"思維,即站在自身的角度去"定義"和"規(guī)訓(xùn)"世界,從而局限于"中心—邊緣"的陳舊模式。另外,近代資本主義世界體系又是一種基于民族—國(guó)家的世界體系,而另一種知識(shí)遺產(chǎn)——"萬(wàn)隆精神"則強(qiáng)烈地表現(xiàn)出了一種"世界主義"的關(guān)懷,然而這種知識(shí)遺產(chǎn)在新自由主義主導(dǎo)的全球市場(chǎng)體系中卻又不可避免地失落了。"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略則在知識(shí)層面上提出了一種轉(zhuǎn)向的可能,即消弭原有世界體系中的"邊緣"的"邊緣性",以"時(shí)空重塑"為理論訴求,為超越以民族—國(guó)家為根基的世界體系,建立以社會(huì)層面的合作為基礎(chǔ)的世界體系提供了一種可能的知識(shí)。
[Abstract]:The current study of "Belt and Road" has not really touched the core of its knowledge. That is, what knowledge orientation and knowledge turn does "Belt and Road" mean for the existing knowledge system on the world order? However, the intellectual heritage of China and the West-"the doctrine of the world" and "the imperialist order of colonialism"-all have certain "centralism" thinking, that is, to "define" and "discipline" the world from their own point of view. Therefore, it is limited to the old pattern of "central-marginal". In addition, the modern capitalist world system is also a kind of world system based on nation and state. The other intellectual heritage, Wan Long's Spirit, showed a strong concern for cosmopolitanism. However, this intellectual legacy is inevitably lost in the neoliberal global market system. Belt and Road's strategy, on the other hand, puts forward a possibility of turning around at the intellectual level. That is, to eliminate the "edge" of the original world system, to take "space and time remodeling" as the theoretical appeal, and to transcend the world system based on the nation and state. The establishment of a world system based on cooperation at the social level provides a possible knowledge.
