【摘要】：正組織需要公平原則,即以公正平等的標準管理員工和分配組織的資源,促使員工為組織目標的實現(xiàn)而努力。同時,組織也需要幫助績效和能力處于弱勢的員工,通過平衡原則來提高員工對組織的認可度和忠誠度。然而,組織對內(nèi)部弱勢員工的幫助是通過物質(zhì)和精神資源的再分配來實現(xiàn)的,違背了組織分配的公平原則。因此,如何均衡運用這兩種既沖突又互補的原則值得探討。一、組織內(nèi)公平原則與平衡原則的本質(zhì)及作用(一)組織內(nèi)公平原則與平衡原則的本質(zhì)
[Abstract]:Is that organizations need the principle of fairness, justice and equality of the standard of the management staff and the organization's resources allocation, to achieve organizational goals and motivate employees to work hard.
