【摘要】：本文利用2008年中國(guó)亞健康調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)并擬合多分類(lèi)Logistic模型,旨在分析社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位對(duì)于居民肥胖的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),個(gè)人教育和收入水平對(duì)于肥胖的影響在城鄉(xiāng)、性別之間呈現(xiàn)出不同的模式�？傮w上,我國(guó)肥胖問(wèn)題集中于城市男性和農(nóng)村女性。收入與肥胖的關(guān)系存在明顯的非線性特征,在高、中、低三等收入群體中,中等收入者肥胖風(fēng)險(xiǎn)最高。進(jìn)一步分性別與城鄉(xiāng)的分析顯示,男性、農(nóng)村居民的肥胖問(wèn)題與收入的關(guān)聯(lián)性更強(qiáng),高收入者比低收入者具有更高的肥胖風(fēng)險(xiǎn);但在女性與城市居民中,高收入與肥胖之間并不存在顯著相關(guān)。此外,教育與肥胖的關(guān)系在不同性別群體中正好相反,其中男性為正相關(guān),女性則為負(fù)相關(guān)。這些研究發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)于理解我國(guó)肥胖問(wèn)題發(fā)生的社會(huì)機(jī)制、遏制肥胖病蔓延具有重要的啟示意義。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of social and economic status on obesity by using the data of China Sub-Health Survey in 2008 and fit the multi-classification Logistic model. The results show that the effects of personal education and income level on obesity are found in urban and rural areas. In general, the obesity problem in China is concentrated on urban men and rural women. The relationship between income and obesity has obvious nonlinear characteristics, in high, middle and low income groups, The middle income group had the highest risk of obesity. The further analysis of gender and urban and rural areas showed that the obesity problem of rural residents had stronger correlation with income, and the high income group had a higher risk of obesity than the low income group. But there was no significant correlation between high income and obesity among women and urban dwellers. These findings have important implications for understanding the social mechanism of obesity in China and curbing the spread of obesity.
