【摘要】：食物浪費(fèi)是我們長(zhǎng)期高度關(guān)注和社會(huì)發(fā)展迫切需要解決的問(wèn)題,如何正確認(rèn)識(shí)食物浪費(fèi)并盡量減少食物浪費(fèi)是研究的重點(diǎn)。文章認(rèn)為食物浪費(fèi)是一面折射社會(huì)文明的多棱鏡,需要從多角度認(rèn)識(shí)食物浪費(fèi)產(chǎn)生的原因及后果,謹(jǐn)防減少食物浪費(fèi)的努力變成更大的浪費(fèi),減少食物浪費(fèi)要多管齊下,既要節(jié)約,又要推進(jìn)健康飲食文化,借鑒國(guó)外研究方法和經(jīng)驗(yàn),填補(bǔ)中國(guó)食物浪費(fèi)數(shù)據(jù)空白,構(gòu)建資源智慧型食物系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Food waste is a problem that we pay close attention to for a long time and need to be solved urgently in social development. How to correctly understand food waste and minimize food waste is the focus of the research. This paper holds that food waste is a multi-prism mirror that reflects social civilization. There is a need to understand the causes and consequences of food waste from multiple perspectives, and to guard against efforts to reduce food waste to become more wasteful, and to reduce food waste in a multi-pronged manner, not only to save but also to promote a healthy eating culture. Using foreign research methods and experiences for reference to fill the data gap of food waste in China, a resourceful and intelligent food system is constructed.
