【摘要】：女性因生育而中斷職業(yè)發(fā)展是一個(gè)常態(tài)化現(xiàn)象,就業(yè)與生育的平衡通常是諸多女性面臨的兩難選擇。利用第三期中國(guó)婦女社會(huì)地位調(diào)查的數(shù)據(jù),探討生育支持措施對(duì)女性就業(yè)穩(wěn)定是否有效,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),加強(qiáng)對(duì)女性權(quán)益保障的法律支持、保障女性生育期間的經(jīng)濟(jì)支持和孩子照料支持等,對(duì)女性因生育中斷就業(yè)能起到一定的緩沖作用。
[Abstract]:It is a normal phenomenon for women to interrupt their career development because of childbearing. The balance between employment and childbearing is usually a dilemma for many women. Using the data of the third China Women's Social status Survey, To explore the effectiveness of maternity support measures on women's employment stability. The results show that the legal support for women's rights and interests should be strengthened to ensure women's economic support and child care support during childbearing, etc. It can play a certain role in buffering women's employment because of childbirth.
