【摘要】：我國正在步入老齡化社會,老年人身體活動對實現(xiàn)健康老齡化具有積極作用。然而,現(xiàn)代主義規(guī)劃設計范式影響下的鄰里建成環(huán)境,非但難以有效應對人口老齡化進程的嚴峻挑戰(zhàn),反而在一定程度上成為老年人日�；顒有袨榈臐撛谥萍s因素。通過對建成環(huán)境的規(guī)劃調(diào)控,來有效促進老年人日常的積極活動出行,進而提升老年人的健康水平,正在成為城市規(guī)劃領(lǐng)域中一個至關(guān)重要、極具挑戰(zhàn)性的議題。其中,最為關(guān)鍵的問題就是要深入理解建成環(huán)境要素特征與老年人日�；顒有袨橹g錯綜復雜的內(nèi)在關(guān)系。 本研究首先通過系統(tǒng)梳理國內(nèi)外個體活動出行行為研究進展,以及對個體行為研究相關(guān)理論的總結(jié)分析,提出構(gòu)建跨越單一學科的整合性理論框架是準確評估建成環(huán)境與個體活動出行行為之間作用關(guān)系的首要前提。其次,研究選取大連市不同建成環(huán)境形態(tài)的4個鄰里住區(qū)為典型案例,以與老年人康體活動水平息息相關(guān)的購物、休閑活動出行行為作為分析對象,從鄰里建成環(huán)境點一設施、線-道路、面-土地、域-空間等4個空間維度入手,通過案例比較分析法,初步識別對老年人身體活動有明顯促進或制約作用的建成環(huán)境要素。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),鄰里住區(qū)內(nèi)設施網(wǎng)點的個體特征、街道網(wǎng)絡的拓撲形式、土地利用的地塊尺度、公共空間的界面活力等多方面因素共同影響著老年人的日常購物活動出行頻率；鄰里住區(qū)內(nèi)戶外場所的空間視域、街道網(wǎng)絡的拓撲形式和密集程度、土地利用的布局模式和多樣性、街道空間的連接度和選擇度等多方面因素共同影響著老年人的日常休閑活動出行頻率。最后,基于研究發(fā)現(xiàn),本文初步提出了面向健康老齡化目標的住區(qū)環(huán)境規(guī)劃設計改進建議。
[Abstract]:China is stepping into an aging society, and the physical activities of the elderly have a positive effect on the realization of healthy aging. However, the neighborhood built environment under the influence of modernism planning and design paradigm. It is not only difficult to effectively deal with the severe challenges of the aging process, but also become a potential restriction factor of the daily activities of the elderly to a certain extent, through the planning control of the built environment. To effectively promote the daily active travel of the elderly, and then improve the health of the elderly, is becoming a crucial and challenging topic in the field of urban planning. The most important problem is to deeply understand the intricate relationship between the characteristics of built-up environment and the daily activities of the elderly. Firstly, this study systematically reviews the research progress of individual travel behavior at home and abroad, and summarizes and analyzes the relevant theories of individual behavior research. It is the first prerequisite to accurately evaluate the relationship between the built environment and individual travel behavior to construct a theoretical framework of integration across a single discipline. The study selected four residential districts with different built environmental patterns as typical cases, taking shopping and leisure travel behavior which are closely related to the level of recreation and sports activities of the elderly as the object of analysis. From the neighborhood built environment point one facility, line-road, surface-land, domain-space four dimensions of space, through the comparative analysis of cases. Preliminary identification of the physical activity of the elderly has a significant role in promoting or restricting the built environment elements. The study found that the individual characteristics of the network of facilities in the neighborhood, the topological form of the street network, land use of the scale of land use. The interface vitality of public space and other factors affect the daily shopping activities of the elderly travel frequency; The spatial horizon of outdoor places in neighborhood, the topological form and dense degree of street network, the layout pattern and diversity of land use. The connectivity and choice of street space affect the daily leisure travel frequency of the elderly. Finally, based on the research findings. In this paper, suggestions for improvement of environmental planning and design for healthy aging are put forward.
