【摘要】：構(gòu)建和諧社會重在利益協(xié)調(diào)。在當前中國社會利益相對失衡、社會沖突亟待緩和的背景下,社會工作作為一種社會性的利益協(xié)調(diào)力量日益受到重視。社會工作可以通過向弱勢群體提供服務(wù)、向強勢群體進行游說、推動社會管理創(chuàng)新、處理利益糾紛以及解決突發(fā)事件等間接或直接的方式來改善弱勢群體和強勢群體之間的利益關(guān)系,緩解或化解彼此間的一些利益矛盾和沖突,推動社會利益格局的大體均衡,促進社會的穩(wěn)定與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The construction of a harmonious society focuses on the coordination of interests. Under the background of the relative imbalance of social interests in China, the social conflicts need to be alleviated urgently. Social work as a social power of interest coordination has been paid more and more attention. Social work can promote social management innovation by providing services to the vulnerable groups and lobbying the strong groups. To deal with interest disputes and to resolve emergencies and other indirect or direct ways to improve the interests of vulnerable groups and strong groups to alleviate or resolve some conflicts of interest between each other. Promote the overall balance of social interests, promote social stability and development.
