【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展,促進殘疾人就業(yè)日益成為保障和改善民生的重要內(nèi)容。由于自身條件限制,加之就業(yè)歧視,社會偏見以及國際經(jīng)濟金融危機的持續(xù)影響,殘疾人就業(yè)形勢面臨嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。雖然各界社會專家人士已經(jīng)給出了相關(guān)建議,但是還是沒有達到令廣大殘疾人士滿意的效果。 本文以山東省殘疾人就業(yè)狀況為研究主題,利用長度訪談和數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析的研究方法,通過收集山東省殘疾人各方面的就業(yè)狀況方面的數(shù)據(jù)和具體訪談內(nèi)容,從增能理論的視角來描述并分析殘疾人的就業(yè)狀況及其背后的原因。本研究發(fā)現(xiàn),殘疾人實現(xiàn)充分就業(yè)的主要障礙,在于殘疾人被視為殘、廢、無用、無助于經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展。本研究同時發(fā)現(xiàn),造成殘疾人這種就業(yè)狀況的原因主要在于缺乏增權(quán)的社會、增權(quán)的人際關(guān)系和增權(quán)的殘疾人個體。本文提出,必須將在傳統(tǒng)上被定義為“無能”的殘疾人,重新定義為“具有不同能力的人”；應(yīng)該提升弱勢群體的能力,同時更多關(guān)注人際關(guān)系、社會結(jié)構(gòu)和社會政策對殘疾人的包容性。本文建議,提升殘疾人就業(yè),應(yīng)以增能與自我增能、復(fù)能和賦能為主。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, promoting the employment of the disabled is increasingly becoming an important part of ensuring and improving the livelihood of the people. Due to their own constraints, coupled with employment discrimination, social prejudice and the continued impact of the international economic and financial crisis. The employment situation of the disabled faces severe challenges. Although social experts from all walks of life have already given relevant suggestions, they still have not achieved satisfactory results to the majority of the disabled. In this paper, the employment status of the disabled in Shandong Province as the research theme, using length interviews and data statistical analysis of the research method, through the collection of data on the employment situation of persons with disabilities in Shandong Province and specific interviews. From the perspective of empowerment theory to describe and analyze the employment situation of the disabled and the reasons behind it. This study found that the main obstacle for the disabled to achieve full employment is that the disabled are regarded as disabled, disabled and useless. This study also found that the main reasons for the employment status of the disabled lie in the lack of empowerment society, empowerment of interpersonal relationships and empowerment of the individual disabled. Persons with disabilities who have traditionally been defined as "incompetent" must be redefined as "persons with different abilities"; The ability of vulnerable groups should be enhanced, and more attention should be paid to interpersonal relationships, social structure and social policies for the inclusion of persons with disabilities. This paper suggests that the disabled should be promoted in employment with empowerment and self-empowerment. Complex energy and enabling.
