【摘要】：隨著中國老齡化程度的加深，老齡化速度的加快，加之未富先老的影響，，中國的老齡問題日益突出，并逐漸成為當今社會關注的熱點之一。本文的關注點是農村老年人的精神贍養(yǎng)。一方面是由于，在眾多的關于養(yǎng)老問題的研究中，關注較多的是養(yǎng)老的經濟和物質支持，而對老年人的精神贍養(yǎng)問題關注較少，隨著經濟的發(fā)展和社會的進步，老年人在精神贍養(yǎng)方面的需求也日益突出，尤其是農村的老年人；另一方面，在老年人養(yǎng)老問題的研究中，對城市老年人的關注相對來說要多于對農村老年人的關注。本文通過對農村老年人的精神贍養(yǎng)狀況進行實地考察和研究，利用社會交換理論為依托對老年人的精神贍養(yǎng)問題進行分類、描述和分析，針對其存在的問題做出理論探討，并提出了解決問題的對策和建議。 本文共分三個部分。第一部分，闡明本研究的背景及意義，對國內外研究文獻進行綜述，說明本文的研究方案，闡述本研究的理論依據(jù)。第二部分，首先，從精神贍養(yǎng)的四個緯度即健康的需求、人格尊重的需求、成就安心的需求和情感慰藉對黃莊村老年人精神贍養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀進行描述；其次，從被贍養(yǎng)人、家庭成員和社會三個方面對老年人精神贍養(yǎng)中存在的問題做系統(tǒng)分析；最后從宏觀角度和微觀角度闡述影響農村老年人精神贍養(yǎng)的多方面因素。第三部分在以上分析的基礎上，提出了完善農村老年人精神贍養(yǎng)問題體系的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the degree of aging in China, the accelerated pace of aging, coupled with the impact of the old before the rich, the problem of aging in China is becoming increasingly prominent. And gradually become one of the hot spots of social concern. The focus of this paper is the spiritual support of the elderly in rural areas. On the one hand, it is due to the numerous studies on pension issues. More attention is paid to the economic and material support for the aged, but less attention is paid to the spiritual support of the elderly. With the development of the economy and the progress of society, the needs of the elderly in spiritual support are increasingly prominent. In particular, the elderly in rural areas; On the other hand, in the elderly pension problem research. The attention to the urban elderly is relatively more than the attention to the rural elderly. This paper makes a field investigation and research on the mental support status of the rural elderly. Based on the theory of social exchange, this paper classifies, describes and analyzes the spiritual support problems of the elderly, and makes a theoretical discussion on the existing problems, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part clarifies the background and significance of this study, summarizes the domestic and foreign research literature, explains the research plan of this paper, and expounds the theoretical basis of this study. The second part, first of all. From the four dimensions of spiritual support, that is, the need for health, the need for respect for personality, the need to achieve peace of mind and emotional comfort to describe the status quo of spiritual support for the elderly in Huangzhuang Village. Secondly, it makes a systematic analysis of the problems existing in the spiritual support of the elderly from three aspects: the dependant, the family member and the society. Finally from the macro and micro point of view to explain the impact of the rural elderly spiritual support factors. The third part on the basis of the above analysis. The countermeasures and suggestions for perfecting the system of spiritual support for the elderly in rural areas are put forward.
