【摘要】：中國(guó)的城市化進(jìn)程已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了快速發(fā)展時(shí)期，而“村改居”是中國(guó)城市化的特有路徑，“村改居”社區(qū)作為這一路徑的特殊產(chǎn)物，與典型的城市社區(qū)和農(nóng)村社區(qū)都有所不同。目前大多數(shù)的“村改居”社區(qū)都完成了社區(qū)建制的轉(zhuǎn)型。顯然，作為在城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)下通過(guò)外部的制度安排而得以進(jìn)入城市管理體系的原農(nóng)村社區(qū)，僅依靠社區(qū)建制的改變是不足以使“村改居”社區(qū)在真正意義上實(shí)現(xiàn)城市化，還需要在更深層次上滿足城市化的要求。 城市化作為現(xiàn)代社會(huì)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)，其進(jìn)程必然伴隨著社區(qū)中文化的變遷，而文化作為一個(gè)涵蓋內(nèi)容比較寬泛的概念，，對(duì)其內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的劃分方式由于劃分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的不同而變得多樣化。對(duì)“村改居”社區(qū)而言，社區(qū)中除了物質(zhì)層面的文化變遷以外，更重要的是文化隱性方面中制度文化、心態(tài)文化和行為文化的變遷。這三類文化變遷對(duì)于增加“村改居”社區(qū)的城市特質(zhì)有重要意義，能夠推動(dòng)“村改居”社區(qū)中非物質(zhì)層面的城市化進(jìn)度。結(jié)合具體案例可以發(fā)現(xiàn)，通過(guò)黨和政府主導(dǎo)的社區(qū)建設(shè)，“村改居”社區(qū)中的各項(xiàng)制度逐步完善，社區(qū)內(nèi)的社會(huì)風(fēng)氣更加文明，社區(qū)成員的思想觀念和行為也更加適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代化的城市生活，這些都是“村改居”社區(qū)文化變遷中積極的一面。但是不可否認(rèn)的是，當(dāng)前“村改居”社區(qū)文化變遷中還存在著一定的問(wèn)題，這些問(wèn)題會(huì)妨礙“村改居”社區(qū)的徹底轉(zhuǎn)型。
[Abstract]:The process of China city has entered a period of rapid development, and the change in the village is the unique path of Chinese City, the "village to community" as a special product of this path, and the typical city and rural communities are different. Most of the "village to community" is completed the transformation of community construction. Obviously, as the external structure of two yuan in urban and rural areas under the institutional arrangements to enter the city management system of the original rural communities, only rely on the community institution change is not enough to make the "village to community" in the true sense of the city, also need to meet the City in a deeper level the requirements.
City as the inevitable trend of development of modern society, the process must be accompanied by the change of community culture, and culture as a covering a wide concept, the division of the internal structure of the division of the different standards and become diversified. The change in the village community, the community in addition to cultural changes the material level, more important is the institutional culture hidden aspects, change mentality culture and behavior culture. The three cultural changes to increase the change in the village community of the city are important qualities, can push "city village" non-material level in the community progress. Combined with the specific case can be found by the party and the government led community construction, the change in the village community in the system gradually perfect, the community society more civilized, community members' ideas and behaviors It is more suitable to the modern city life, these are the "village to community" cultural change in the positive side. But it is undeniable that there are still the current change in the village community cultural change in some problems, these problems will hinder the "village to community" the thorough transformation.
