【摘要】：根據(jù)老人生活的地域，老年人群體可以分為城市老人和農(nóng)村老人；根據(jù)知識(shí)水平的高低，老年人群體可以分為高知老人和普通老人。隨著老年人口基數(shù)的增長(zhǎng)，城市高知老人群體因?yàn)槠涮赜械奶攸c(diǎn)吸引著各界的目光。本文根據(jù)小組工作的特點(diǎn)，結(jié)合高知老人的心理需求，探討了小組工作介入高知老人心理需求的有效性。 H社區(qū)是高校社區(qū)，生活在此社區(qū)的老人具有很大的代表性，通過(guò)對(duì)H社區(qū)高知老人心理需求現(xiàn)狀分析，以問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和結(jié)構(gòu)式訪談為主，研究得到高知老人心理需求，在此基礎(chǔ)上有針對(duì)性的從小組工作角度介入。通過(guò)對(duì)高知老人社交型需求和學(xué)習(xí)型需求有針對(duì)性的開(kāi)展活動(dòng)，并且做出相應(yīng)的評(píng)估，總結(jié)和反思具體小組工作介入的成效與不足。 通過(guò)開(kāi)展的實(shí)務(wù)可以了解到，小組工作對(duì)高知老人的社交型需求的滿足是由一定成效的，而對(duì)其的學(xué)習(xí)型需求的滿足的效果不明顯。這不僅涉及到小組活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)的針對(duì)性與有效性，也與高知老人的參與度有關(guān)，而這兩者也是相互作用的。因此，，積極有效的小組工作不僅需要工作者專業(yè)的知識(shí)技巧，對(duì)組員的主導(dǎo)性地位也是相當(dāng)重視的。
[Abstract]:According to the age of the elderly , the elderly population can be divided into the urban old man and the rural old man ; according to the level of knowledge , the population of the elderly can be divided into high - known old people and ordinary old people . With the increase of the elderly population base , the urban high - known elderly group attracts the attention of the various circles because of their unique characteristics . According to the characteristics of the work of the group , this paper discusses the effectiveness of the group ' s intervention in knowing the psychological needs of the elderly . The H community is a community of higher learning institutions . The old man living in this community has a lot of representation . Through the analysis of the present situation of high - knowledge old people ' s psychological needs in H community , this paper focuses on the questionnaire and structured interview , and studies the psychological needs of the senior - known elderly people . On the basis of this , the research on the psychological needs of the elderly people has been carried out in a targeted way from the work of the group . Through the analysis of the social needs and learning - type needs of the high - knowledge old people , the activities are carried out , and the corresponding evaluation , summary and reflection of the effectiveness and shortcomings of the specific group ' s work intervention are made . Through the practice , it can be realized that the satisfaction of the group ' s work on the social needs of the high - knowledge old people is made by a certain effect , and the satisfaction of their learning needs is not obvious . This not only involves the pertinence and the effectiveness of the group activities design , but also the participation of the high - known old people , and the two are interactive . Therefore , the active and effective group work not only needs the knowledge skills of the workers , but also attaches great importance to the leading position of the team members .
