【摘要】：男女平等觀念在我國已深入人心，越來越多的人意識到女性在我國社會結(jié)構(gòu)中的重要地位，性別正視也將成為我國社會的必然趨勢。我國就業(yè)競爭激烈，多數(shù)女性在就業(yè)過程中遭遇過不同形式的性別限制，，可見就業(yè)性別歧視早已成為我國一個不容忽視的社會現(xiàn)象。本篇論文通過探討中國女性就業(yè)中的性別歧視現(xiàn)狀，原因及解決措施，不僅回答中國女性為何就業(yè)困難的問題，也為營造兩性公平競爭、就業(yè)機會均等的就業(yè)環(huán)境提供了更加堅實的理論依據(jù)。本文首先分析了馬克思主義婦女觀的概念、形成過程及其基本內(nèi)容；其次，文章剖析了中國女性就業(yè)難的各種現(xiàn)狀及原因，闡述了此種現(xiàn)象對社會的消極影響，最后，依據(jù)馬克思主義婦女觀的理論指導(dǎo)，對解決中國女性就業(yè)歧視問題提出相應(yīng)的措施。
[Abstract]:The concept of equality between men and women has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people in China, more and more people realize the important position of women in the social structure of our country, gender face face will also become the inevitable trend of our society. The competition for employment in our country is fierce. Most women have experienced different forms of gender restriction in the employment process. It can be seen that gender discrimination in employment has already become a social phenomenon that can not be ignored in China. This paper discusses the status quo, causes and solutions of gender discrimination in Chinese women's employment. Not only to answer the Chinese women's employment difficulties, but also to create a fair competition between the sexes. The employment environment of equal employment opportunities provides a more solid theoretical basis. Firstly, this paper analyzes the concept of Marxist concept of women, the formation process and its basic content; Secondly, the article analyzes the current situation and reasons of Chinese women's employment difficulties, expounds the negative impact of this phenomenon on the society, and finally, according to the theoretical guidance of Marxist view of women. To solve the problem of female employment discrimination in China put forward the corresponding measures.
