【摘要】：近年來國(guó)家大力發(fā)展殘疾人事業(yè),加強(qiáng)建立健全法律、法規(guī)、社會(huì)政策等成文規(guī)定,社會(huì)中越來越多的民間福利組織如雨后春筍般的出現(xiàn),例如非營(yíng)利組織的出現(xiàn),他們?yōu)樯鐣?huì)公平、社會(huì)福利起到了很大的作用。本文是利用在西安慧靈服務(wù)工作站實(shí)習(xí)期間,立足原有對(duì)智障人士服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)的服務(wù)模式的研究,殘障人士培智學(xué)校的教學(xué)質(zhì)量的研究等,認(rèn)為機(jī)構(gòu)的發(fā)展除了要做好管理、籌資等工作外,做好家長(zhǎng)工作也是至關(guān)重要的,所以本文以工作站學(xué)員家長(zhǎng)為調(diào)查對(duì)象,通過對(duì)家長(zhǎng)訪談,內(nèi)容涉及到家長(zhǎng)對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)的了解度、滿意度等方面,隨后分析家長(zhǎng)的訪談資料,總結(jié)家長(zhǎng)的主觀需求,包括家長(zhǎng)的意見、建議和需求,歸納出家長(zhǎng)對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)照顧以及康復(fù)訓(xùn)練的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)今后的發(fā)展方向有哪些展望?機(jī)構(gòu)的優(yōu)勢(shì)與不足是什么?最后總結(jié)出機(jī)構(gòu)重視家長(zhǎng)工作的途徑是利用社會(huì)工作方法完善家長(zhǎng)會(huì)的工作,發(fā)揮家長(zhǎng)在機(jī)構(gòu)訓(xùn)練學(xué)員時(shí)應(yīng)有的指導(dǎo)作用,為機(jī)構(gòu)的發(fā)展提出正確的建議,展現(xiàn)出了家長(zhǎng)與機(jī)構(gòu)的關(guān)系是相輔相成的,互相促進(jìn)。文章結(jié)尾則根據(jù)以上的調(diào)查研究,結(jié)合自身的實(shí)際觀察分析,寫出此次訪談過程中的不足和優(yōu)點(diǎn),為以后的社工在做此類工作時(shí)起到借鑒作用,此外從宏觀層面上對(duì)我國(guó)整體智障人士相關(guān)的政策和問題提出自己的觀點(diǎn),對(duì)非營(yíng)利組織要想發(fā)展壯大應(yīng)聯(lián)合政府、社會(huì)及提高自身發(fā)展做出簡(jiǎn)要討論。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the country vigorously develop undertakings for the handicapped, strengthen to establish and perfect the laws and regulations, social policy rule, such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain like the non-governmental welfare organization more and more in the society, such as non-profit organizations, social justice and social welfare as they played a big role. This is the practice in Xi'an Hui Ling service station, based on the original of the mentally retarded service mode, study on teaching quality of the disabled Peizhi School of thought, the development of institutions in addition to good management, financing and other work, do a long work is crucial, so the student workstation parents for the survey, based on interviews with parents, parents of the institutions involved in the degree of understanding, satisfaction, followed by analysis of interview data of parents, summarize the subjective needs of parents, including parents' opinions, suggestions and needs, summed up the parents of institutional care and rehabilitation training evaluation results, what are the prospects for the future the direction of development of the organization? What is the advantages and disadvantages of institutions? Finally summed up the way parents work organization should pay attention to is the use of social work methods to improve parents We should give full play to the guiding role of parents in the training of institutional trainees, make correct suggestions for the development of institutions, and show that the relationship between parents and institutions is complementary to each other and promote each other. At the end of the article, according to the above research, combining with the actual observation of their analysis, write the merits and demerits of the interview process, social workers after doing such work to learn to play the role, in addition, from the macro level policies and issues related to China's overall intellectual disabilities put forward their views on non-profit the organization wants to develop its government and society should be combined and improve their development and make a brief discussion.
